Can highly recommend Ashford Cars! We used Stuart for transport to our 1st Cruise to Southampton in August 23. From the moment of 1st contact I was happy with how helpful and polite he was. We didn't even have to lift our cases into the car (and my Daughter's was big enough to sink the ship lol) Very clean, lovely modern car. I'm a nervous passenger and I felt at ease with Stuart and his driving, he knew exactly where he was going, and even knew other ways to go when traffic built up! He was on time, for pick up and collection (even though we were earlier than I said for collection) I can tell customer satisfaction is his top priority. Friendly and very professional! Good with my 2 Children, making them feel at ease also. I cannot recommend or thank Stuart enough. Will definitely use again, if 2024 brings us another get away.. takes all the stress out of travel.

Had the pleasure of Stuart taking and collecting us to the airport. Spot on time and very helpful, lovely calm peaceful drive taking extra car as one passenger who suffers from travel sickness!

They were always very professional and punctual.Angela and Stuart are very dedicated and provide an excellent service. They are flexible to accommodate any unsocial hours that their clients may require. First class, highly recommended.

Very friendly and professional service. Found him very accommodating and helpful as I have a two year old, he provided a car seat and helped me load and unload my pushchair. Also thought he drove very well and safely despite having a rather upset child in his back seat!! Definitely would recommend and will happily be using his service again in the future :)

Me and my mum stayed in Ludlow for a night and Stewart and his partner were fantastic. Cars were very clean and they were both so lovely. If we are ever up in Ludlow again we would call them up without hesitation.

Absolutely faultless/considerate service, due to illness had to return from Lanzarote two weeks earlier than planned, contacted Stuart to explain our dilema, he pulled out all the stops and although very busy himself organised for another equally as competent company to collect us from Birmingham airport.With very grateful thanks for wonderful service which is greatly appreciated especially when you are feeling ill.
