If the situation was handled in a more positive way, I would not write this review, although after spending 20+minutes on the phone trying to enquire about renting a skip, just to be cut off over phone the phone when mentioned the price is slightly too high, I mean that is not how business works, I do understand the fact that prices are not flexible but to be cut off just like that? I mean... I have at least thought I may be offered some sort of an alternative as anyone would expect that. Just thought the price is slightly too high for my needs that's all. Once hanged up, I called again as I thought it mat have been a signal issue, momentarily I was on the phone with the supervisor, and she stated the employee simply hanged up as I was not satisfied with the price, well, in that case, a goodbye would have been satisfying.

Really easy to order a skip for a house clearance. Called, spoke about what i was doing, made payment and the skip was in my drive two days later. Will use again
