Use for most of my archery needs as local to my club and they are brilliant. Really helpful and well stocked.Deal with John most of the time and he's really knowledgeable and friendly.

Okay, let's talk about customer service.... or rather let's talk about Dan's customer service.SECOND TO NONE!!!!I have been out the game for a while. So I I figured I'd get back into it. So I put a shopping list together and emailed it to them (archery world customer email) this is when I met Dan!!!He sifted through my list, of 11 different items, offered suggestions and swaps on a couple of bits (saving me money) and explained why he thought of the changes and why... string count, arrow spine ect.So we to and throwed to make sure we had the perfect list, then when we had it sorted, I said if ordered it and mentioned my order number (about 5 at night)This is when it gets good!! I asked if they did anything for armed forces.... boy did they, the next day in the morning I had my fed ex next day tracker, Dan had got my order together, put the nocks on the string for me, threw in a bow rest, a stringer and targets free of charge.My order arrived 40 hours after making it, all there with helpful instruction books in there too, all well.packed and not damaged.End line. AMAZING customer service, everything was explain with the whys and wherefores, I wasn't just told what I should get. Fast delivery well packed and super helpful!!Will be returning soong!!!

Popped in for the first time to buy some new arrows and it was fantastic. John took great care to make sure I had what was right for me and was an absolute pleasure to speak to. Will be returning regularly!

Went in person in September to complete my kit, and they were super informative and helpful, they noticed immediately that my kit wasn't up to snuff and got some new equipment from them, this is the only place I would recommend to grab a new kit if you are ever interested in the sport enough to invest in a kit. Solid 5 Stars.

I visited Archery World to get myself and my daughter’s first set of archery equipment and had a fantastic experience. We first turned up quite naive thinking we just bought a bow and that was that. However, the staff performed their due diligence and said that is a bad idea and that we needed to spend a good hour or two being essentially fitted for the equipment. As the shop was closing, they arranged with us a time to visit and do this.The staff provided what I felt was a bespoke equipping session that ensured we had the correct equipment to enjoy the sport properly. We were also allowed to test out the equipment on the range to make sure it was to our liking, and all equipment was properly set up prior to us leaving. The staff gave us really valuable advice and information regarding the equipment and sport, which was much appreciated.In addition, they ensured that my daughter, who was a little nervous, felt happy and left with equipment perfect for her. They even changed the color of the arrow nocks to her preferred colour. Overall, I would highly recommend Archery World to anyone interested in archery. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated to ensuring that their customers have a great experience.

Amazing experience and best archery shop by far. Plenty of stock, fairly priced items. Staff are brilliant and have all the time in the world to meet your needs. Dealt with John and Dan mostly (John being a former world Olympic champ). His experience and knowledge are second to none.Ordered a full archery set up. The staff had a problem getting hold of my preferred riser. A Kinetic Evolium in bronze, but they eventually managed to grant my every wish..Also got a 20/30 minute training session from John on their indoor range. How invaluable is that. On picking up my order John had set up and calibrated my bow. Thanks guy's, I will be back, as I won't buy anywhere else.JohnLiverpool.
