Beef & prawn curry as we normally have,, however it was so hot (spicey) I have madras or vindaloo Indian and they are spicey which I love, but I had to phone and Explain & really hot its like called a liar, in the end they decided to refund both curries which is what issue was, will not be going back!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give 10 stars I would! I would recommend this Chinese to anyone! The meat is always so fresh tasting and seasoned to absolute perfection. The best Chinese I have EVER had, hands down and beats Wingwah in burton by far! Also, delivered within 25 minutes to Ashby!

Updated to knock a star off. The food is still spot on, but it's beyond annoying that they don't take any online orders and refuse to take card payments over the phone. Everything has to be cash. Makes you wonder.====Our favourite, local Chinese. The spare ribs are always good.

Normally I order from a competitive take away... Tonight they were so rude!!I rang Michael Lees with no menu; Regan the young lady on the phone was amazing she guided us through the choices and didn't fail to please, the food was on time,piping hot and as described....well done guys

Just a simple Chinese takeaway at the Ashby end of Woodville. It says it's a restaurant and takeaway but I'm not sure if it is more than a takeaway at the moment. It's open when you expect it to be open and serving good hot food. They can deliver or you can order and collect or you can call in and order and wait. Prices are competitive so quite happy to use this place again and again...

I’ve never been able to find a Chinese place that can do chicken fried rice or chilli/salt n pepper chips as good as they do at Michael Lee’s. This is always my go to for a chinese takeaway!! And 90% of the time SUPER fast delivery.
