I would love to give a 5 star review however we have had a couple of issues. We had a great initial consultation however we were then told we'd be contacted to book a regular slot and nobody contacted us for weeks. We ultimately arranged a clean every month on a Thursday however the team have turned up on the wrong day and time before. The cleaning team are very efficient and seem to do a decent job when they do come.

I cannot flaw the service or people at Molly Maid. They are always helpful, supportive, understanding but most of all they do the best cleans in town! After going through a number of house cleaners I finally came across Molly Maid and, for the first time in a long time, received AAA standards across the board. Highly recommended for all types of residential properties - there is nothing too small or big that the team cannot handle.
