Reading all the reviews it gives me great pleasure and confidence to bring my car here for a automatic gearbox service. Just preventable maintenance at 62456 miles. I phoned around a few local garages for quotes and not one got back to me so Simon Thorpe got my custom and I’m highly delighted that I trusted his fantastic mechanics to carry out the job. Great service. Had a long list of jobs to be done on my car. Simon Thorpe informed me they were extremely busy and it might be upto 2 weeks before I got my car back due to their busy work load. They actually started work on my car earlier than expected. They always kept me informed of any updates.

I was recommend to Simon Thorpe by a very good friend who simply wont accept anything other than excellence. They didn’t let me down. The quality of service and workmanship was excellent. My car had several issues both mechanical and electrical and they worked their way through all the issues in a methodical manner and solved all the issues. When I received the invoice I was shocked, the cost was substantially less than the quote I had from my local Audi garage. I have owned the vehicle from new and it feels like the day I purchased it.Great service.

Great service. Not the cheapest but not stupidly expensive like a main dealer. If you want a dealer quality service at a reasonable price you cannot go wrong here. Phone calls, emails and textscustomer service was great to, will be using again.
