Customer service was excellent, the workers are so polite and informative when helping us choose our desired bubble tea. They are extremely fast at making the tea at such good quality and the prices are very reasonable and affordable. I would definitely recommend ordering the chocolate and original bubble tea 10/10. I will be a regular customer!!

I ordered a large Thai bubble tea today via deliveroo and I wasn't provided with a bubble tea straw. I don't have large bubble tea straws lying about at home, therefore, I can't consume the tea properly. This is ridiculous, especially since I paid £10 for the drink + delivery. I am very disappointed.

Price is decent, quality is below average. If i was rating the quality on its own its a 1 out of 5.Yes in the photo you see what appears to be a ball of tapioca that is completely stuck together.In ddition you can always tell a good quality bubble tea by the taste of the tapioca, as soon as it has a firm and somewhate harder coating to chew into you know it is not fresh, unfortunately this was the case here.The green tea" is there actually any in there or is it literally a dash of a poor quality green tea

Best bubble tea in the uni. I love pearls they have a huge drinks selection and they always come out perfect. The workers are very quick and friendly I always love visiting here. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed

Great bubble teas with good service. Can be busy at major Uni versity events, but open to all visitors to the campus. Lovely refreshing bubble teas, build your own unique blend, we love it. Not cheap, but worth it!

Possibly the best shop in RUSU, rivalling bagel man for friendliness. If my maths is right there are literally thousands of combinations. Such as this beautiful mango and passion fruit tea served to me by the lovely ladies behind the counter, in lightning quick time and delivered with smiles. Being on deliveroo is just an added bonus to help me keep my pearls level topped up from home.

I frequent here a lot when I am on Campus; the drinks are always super tasty and the staff are usually very helpful. In particular, the area manager who is this absolutely lovely older (possibly Ukrainian) lady who is sometimes serving and is a dream to have making your drink; she is so sweet and really wants to make sure you get exactly what you're paying for so always go when she is working and you're sure to find a drink for you and even if you're not happy go back because she once remade mine exactly how I wanted!!!!

Easily the best bubble tea in Reading, with delicious fruit and milk teas, and great value for money, staff are always friendly too :) I will miss it when I leave!
