Couldn’t recommend highly enough. J was amazing, really personable and worked with us to find exactly the alarm system solution we needed (rather than others who over sell you) and also fixed a door lock and window locks at the same time. 10/10 on all fronts

I contacted Island Security to discuss installing a CCTV camera at my home address. He was super responsive and gave good, balanced advice on a few options and helped me choose the one which best suited my needs. He has recently installed the camera and has done a wonderful job - the camera itself is great and the footage is super high quality at both day/nighttime. After installation Jason thoroughly explained to me how to use access the footage through a mobile application and has spent time afterwards reviewing the system remotely to ensure it's working correctly.I felt his prices were reasonable, particularly considering the excellent after-service he provides as he has been on hand to answer numerous questions I've asked regarding the camera over the past few weeks.I cannot recommend him enough!

Jason was so helpful. Sorted the initial issue with my tenants alarm over the phone then followed up with a full in person service of the system. Very responsive. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

Jay is the best! I had a problem with my lock and messaged on a Sunday morning - other companies had been quoting me crazy amounts, but Jay instead walked me through how to fix it myself as he knew it was something easily resolved. Would definitely recommend & come back for any future jobs.

Massively impressed. Sorry, I can't comment about the work but can about the company's ethics. I made an enquiry and instead of providing me with a quote, Island security gave me detailed information about how to fix my problem. Defo will come back, when it's a job I cannot fix myself.
