On the morning of the 30th March 2023 I went to Tool station Llangefni to collect two large packs each with 30 PVC pipes. It was absolutely throwing it down with rain. I carried one pipe pack out to the car only to find that the female staff member who had served me had thrown a coat on and was bringing the other 30 pipe pack out to the car. Amazing service. Sincere thanks.

Went in about a week ago and bought a new staple/nail gun, I tried it out today and couldn’t get it to work, took it back and asked if anyone could tell me if it was me or the gun, Nick and the young lady assistant looked at it and spent some time trying to figure it out and eventually worked out how to use it, the instructions were not clear but we got there in the end, so thanks to both staff members for their help, very pleased with the gun and even more pleased with the service. Thanks once again Steve O.
