Email stated £20 consultation then I got charged £124. All other business you would pay online prior to appointment. Be careful of this. Prices were not clear at all. When I arrived I got abuse for not answering my phone to inform me they could not send my PCR test right away. It was not very proffesional in my opinion.

I needed Yellow Fever vaccination for Senegal and wanted advice on what others I might need. My GP was no help and several leading pharmacies who advertise Yellow Fever vaccines didn’t actually have them. I saw that the London Vaccination Clinic has appointments till 7, unlike most travel clinics in London which seem to close at 530, so booked for the next day.The nurse I saw was very friendly and knowledgeable and actually ended up saving me a lot of money and unnecessary jabs, suggesting I check my NHS app to see which ones I had already, despite my having no memory of them.

Could improve on sign posting and direction. But from moment when I arrived to the venue it went smoothly. Fiendly and caring staff. I did not feel well afterwards and support was prompt and professional. I booked same venue for 2nd.

Please never get Japanese encephalitis vaccination here. Their website says a course of 2 shots costs £151 but they charge that much for just 1 shot. They tell you the website is incorrect and that's the cost of just 1 shot after they give you the shot. Also they're not punctual. We booked a slot but they made us wait for a long time. Their customer service is passive aggressive and so unpleasant. If you get the same vaccine at Superdrug, it cost £95.

Staff were extremely helpful and professional on entry. 25/10/21.The physician and booster administrator were reassuring, clear with necessary information and perfect administration. all staff in the centre seemed happy in their work and patient focused so the atmosphere throughout the centre was good.

Terrific care from Issy, the nurse who gave me a steroid injection. Very careful, thorough and experienced - and very nice. I couldn't recommend more highly.

Great service. Booked the night before, came along after work, and was out within 20 minutes. Kami took the time to explain what was advised and why. There was no pressure to have extra ones which weren't needed. Not the cheapest experience of my life, but seems to be the going rate.

Extremely friendly and helpful nurse, after having had travel injections at a number of places this was by far the best. The injection it's self was quick and painless, plus it was cheaper than injections I've had up north (I expected it to be more expensive with it being in London)

I would gravely warn anyone needing a vaccination to avoid the London Vaccination Clinic. While the appointment itself went fine, the service afterwards has been .Needing a certificate to travel to an African country, I had expected the London Vaccination Clinic to either provide one after my jab or within a few working days of the jab.Weeks have followed and no certificate or even email has been produced, potentially putting my entire holiday in jeopardy. Countless phone calls have been put into the office and there is still no sign of the simple piece of paper which will enable my travel. Messages are taken by the office staff and seemingly never taken any further. One person I spoke with even seemed bemused that I wanted to raise a complaint. In conclusion it seems the London Vaccination Clinic are quite happy to take your money - £170 for Yellow Fever and a Hep A booster - but entirely disinterested in offering any kind of service to their customers. I only hope that this is a one off and that other people won't have their holiday jeopardised by the company

Previous nurse didn't advise me that Hepatitis A was on a global shortage and i was going to get a child shot and not a adult. The nurse i saw today was a lot better providing more info. The nurse said i didn't need hepatitis a for another year because it should really last 5.
