Moving to this service is the best decision I ever made. Not had a single issue getting appointment (as long as you call at 8am), Drs and Nurses are thorough and will call you for just about any minor thing that you need to have checked.Prime example: In the last 2 weeks since my results, I've had next day nurse appointments, only a week wait for follow up tests and seeing a Dr regarding results. Was seen by a Dr on the day I went for injections due to another issue. The nurse made sure I was seen there and then. Receptionists are thorough and very helpful. One of them spent 30 minutes getting things ready for me and explaining what I had to do, slowly and thoroughly.I cannot praise this surgery enough. 5 stars isn't enough.

Absolutely useless GP. I go there in person and get told they cannot give me an appointment for a child, that I will have to call in the morning. I call in the morning and it’s impossible to get through, you’re left on hold for up to 1 hr only for there to be no appointments available. I use their online appointment booking system and there is never any available appointments. So my children or anybody for that matter must go without medical assistance. It is absolutely the most disgraceful service EVER and a waste of time. If they don’t want to medically assist people they should just say that instead of wasting people’s time. Absolute waste of space.

I have seen Dr Olisa on the 8th of August 2023 and it was face to face appointment. She kindly treated me for my Gastro issues and explained how to look after my self regarding the problems I was having. Medication given. I was happy with the service from her. Inadditon, receptionist are all carm and welcomed nicely.. Thanks so much!

I have been treated by Doctor Chavda on a number of occasions and I found her to be an excellent Doctor. She listens to her patients, reassures them,and does everything in her power to diagnose the problem and treat it. Where relevant she refers the patient to other clinical departments and she follows up on her patients progress. I find her professional, knowledgeable and very patient. Thank you Doctor Chavda.

My husband had a extremely rude encounter with a reception staff. She ignored him standing with a baby for over 5 minutes at the counter my husband then asked politely if the counter is open and to his dismay she replied ‘yeah just wait’ in a rude and aggressive manner. Please sort out your reception staff. He gladly went to another lady who was lovely.

I just had to write a review after 2 great experiences using my surgery with the latest one being today. I was feeling unwell and had to see a doctor, knowing that i may not get an appointment if i called as the phone lines get really busy, i decided to get there early and ask for an appointment in person. Rennie who i met in reception is a true gem, seeing how unwell i was, she managed to book me an appointment and i got seen by a fantastic Doctor (i think her name is Dr Shah) the same doctor saw my son when he had his asthma playing up and she is very thorough and just amazing. Thank you so much Reenie and Dr Shah (i really hope i got the Dr's name right)

If you need an appointment here you may as well give up. You can spend hours on the phone and never get to speak to anyone, when you pop into surgery to book appointment they will tell you that you must call at 8am. 8am is the only time they will speak to you for appointment bookings . This is farcical and you would be best to find another surgery as this one is hopeless.

I was delighted to encounter Dr. Nongbri for the very first time at the surgery. She was kind, respectful and keen to gain insight into my health issues.I was pleased that she discussed my problem with the Senior doctor who saw me previously. I received a call from that doctor that very afternoon. She made an appointment to speak to a specialist on my behalf. Thank you Dr Nongbri for your caring attitude.

Good old fashioned personal GP style has not seen a cessation. I visited Dr Olisa recently who demonstrated such care, professionalism and empathy dealing with my situation. She took time to listen and walk through recommendations offering a tailored outcome for me. I left the surgery feeling so much moreoptimistic than when I arrived.Dr Olisa I thank you for putting a patients needs first - making me feel valued not a statistic.
