Staff friendly and very helpful .but having problems with repair centre as third time phone has been sent back.i new I would be charged for the repair but keeps being returned unrepairable.

Made a visit today to the Spalding shop having had problems connecting a recently purchased phone to headphones via bluetooth.The matter was solved within minutes by the two young male staff members on duty. They were polite, knowledgeable, understanding and willing to help which was a real contrast to treatment by staff in my nearby Peterbough Queensgate store. People from Peterborough wanting a decent service should go to the Spalding store. for a much better service.
