Appallingly bad packing and high shipping cost. No care given to delicate antique pens and spectacles in a jiffy bag. Answer from auction house, their £24 for inferior materials was fine and worked for them and was justified - it is NOT , actual cost to them £7.14 , and that's after the 28% commission. Will never buy from these unprofessional people ever again.

Thank you very much for a convincing service. As online bidder a fair, fast and individual packaging service is extremely important. That's what they are offering. Not even Covid-19 has changed it. We have used Mulberry Bank Auctions for years. Sheldon and staff are very helpful. They are professional and I have found their appraisal of items realistic. There are always items that sell for less than you expected but then again there have been items that items have sold for much more than expected! All auctions are a gamble in my experience, however; having dealt with Mulberry Bank over the last 8 years I’ve been happy with most outcomes.
