Mark and his team finished replacing our double glazing and front door last week and we are so pleased with the work they’ve done on our house.We decided to use ARM not only because of how reasonable the quote was (we had 4 quotes done by different companies) but also because Mark was very quick to respond and answer any questions we had, and took the time to explain the options and make recommendations, but also to listen to what we wanted (like the etched glass in and around our front door).The team were punctual, polite, quick and also very neat and tidy. I was expecting to have to repaint the outside of the house and touch up the decoration inside around the windows, but none of this is necessary as they were so careful and neat. All that was required was a small touch up around the sill on the bay window. (The crack in the render was already there and not caused by ARM for those inspecting the photos!)Mark kept us up to date throughout and ensured the job kept to time by dealing with unforeseen circumstances, even going himself to the factory to pick up a new sill when as ours was damaged on delivery and they said they couldn’t deliver another until the following week.I’d highly recommend them to anyone wanting new windows or doors. They are good value for money, provide great customer service and high quality products expertly fitted.Thanks guys, we’re so pleased with it, the house looks great now and should be nice and warm for winter.

We have worked with Mark multiple times for all our double glazing needs. I used ARM UPVC to install a front door, I cannot highly recommend the service. From the start Mark came to see and offered me options he talked me through the pros and cons of each option leaving me with the information required. Once decided he came out again to measure up and for the fit. The communication and customer service is excellent and the fit of the door perfect. The work is neat and tidy with a clean finish.
