Nightmare experience.Dropped off my phone for a repair. Was told I would get a call that day with an update. Never did (tried calling them 3 times, in vain). Had to return to the store and they hadn't done the job. Was then told this would be done for the next day by... 4pm (the store is called 'Repair my phone today'). The next day, they still hadn't fixed it. This wouldn't matter if they hadn't RUINED it: glass was scratched, camera which worked great was broken, complete inability to make phone calls now. I asked for the manager. Answer: He is away." Asked to see him the next day: "He isn't available." They told me they would give me "a good discount" for buying a phone with them when I asked them what I was supposed to do. The "good discount" was... a plastic screen protector. Summary: they completely destroyed an item that was fine in many ways

I would recommend this shop. Always manage to find and fix issue even where IT team have failed. Mr Singh very quickly sorted out issue with a surface pro. Good value.

Took my IPod Touch in for repair after the whole screen was smashed and it was all fixed the next day. Customer service was super friendly: Gary kept me well informed about the state of repair as it turned out that a special display had to be ordered. Paid a reasonable 50 Pounds and I am super happy to have my IPod back up and running!
