Always a great service. We have enjoyed the fine array of new and used jewellery and watches at Gold Arts for many years now. We have our watches serviced there, we have had jewellery valued there and just recently commissioned them to make an original piece as well. The whole team are honest, trustworthy and offer a great service whatever you're in the market for. Highly recommend.

Gold Arts Eastbourne made the process of finding our beautiful engagement and wedding rings so special and enjoyable. Right from our first visit we were made to feel very welcome, our thoughts were listened to and they had some great suggestions. In particular, they went above and beyond in creating the perfect engagement ring.

Gold Arts Eastbourne.I wanted a personalised signet ring made. Everything was explained brilliantly, especially about any gold left over. That it would go towards the price of making the ring. The experience made easy, the staff are very polite. 6 weeks later I received my ring. Well and truly happy with the outcome.

I had 2 gold charm bracelets and some gold charms which I decided to have melted down and made into 3 bangles of my own design. From beginning to end the whole experience was a delight. Tanyol took time to advise and explain and his attention to detail to ensure that my design would be a success was exceptional. I am so so happy with the end result I cannot overstate how pleased I am. Fantastic, warm and professional jewellers.

Honestly, these guys are amazingly helpful and knowledgeable.The manager was so very accommodating and repaired my 'made on a Friday, ring' (ask him what that means :) a couple of times for me, didn't charge me and was so very understanding. Thank you, Sir, i really did appreciate your kindness.Joanna was so on the ball and 'read me' instantly and knew exactly what I really wanted and was so patient with me when I changed my mind again and again! Thank you Joanna..I really can't recommend them enough. They truly do want their customers to be happy..I would have no hesitation in saying, give these guys a chance to get you exactly what you want..Because they really will.

I wanted to have my old damaged engagement ring redesigned.I spoke to Tan at Gold Arts Eastbourne. A few weeks later as promised he sent me a design and called me to to discuss it.I was excited when I got the call to say it was ready. Tan opened the box and I think I just danced round the shop when I sur3 it, it is so beautiful and 8 live wearing it.I was very impressed with the professionalism, creativity, the high quality of the work and the contact all the way through the process. Fantastic jeweller, I recently had some much loved rings altered to fit. The result was fantastic. The price was less than I expected. Overall extremely impressed.

We recently purchased our wedding rings from Gold Arts Eastbourne and would like to thank the staff for their superb customer service. We enjoyed a friendly professional service from both Tanyol and his colleague; knowledgeable, courteous and listened to our requirements. Tanyol offered a complimentary clean for my engagement & eternity rings before the 'big day' and I was completely delighted with the result, both rings had been cleaned and polished and looked as new. It's a real asset to Eastbourne to have a such a quality, independent jeweller on our high street. Highly recommended.

I needed a new chain for an antique diamond pendant. Tanyol was very helpful, showing me a large selection of appropriate chains from which to make my choice. He informed me about chain width (to carry the weight of pendant) and lengths, very informative. Also, I was able to offset the value of my old chain against the price of the new chain which helped!I would recommend Gold Arts for new purchases but also, as I am a bit of an antique jewellery lover, I would recommend them for pre-loved items too.Great customer service, I will definitely use again.

I had a lot of damadged rings, so took them to repaired, very helpful give you price there and then ,rings were like new when I got them back .Next time I want new jewelry I would definitely purchase it there good selection.
