Shocking behaviour, first off didn't want to come if there were kids in the house.... agreed time of 12pm... never turned up or answered phone or txt messages.he decide to call 2.5 hrs late expecting to come...Told him to jog on...if you want to be waiting in all day wondering if he is coming or not book him !!

Very unprofessional. Turned up and complained about the pet smell in our house, insinuated we were filthy.Had previous experience with him and wasn't happy with quality of his work.

Needed a carpet fitting to our front room. Arrived on time and gave a fair and honest quote for the work. Turned up at the agreed time to do the work, left him to get on with it. He did a perfect job and was a really nice guy, even shared a biscuit and a cuppa with him!

Would not recommend. Worth finding a different fitter, even if the quote is slighlty higher. Its worth the time and effort for a much better quality job and good service.

Truly experienced carpet fitter. Trevor did help us in a wonderful way , during our critical house moving time when the other carpet shop owners(wolverhampton) could not send their fitters-from-shop on time to our house. I discussed with Trevor the situation and he agreed to come at the earliest slot, arrived perfectly on-time, and did a fantastic job with the carpet and vinyl. He does the work with lots of patience and I would always recommend him to friends!
