It is a great team (Bridges Farnham) with a customer-focused leader at the helm. We built our house near Farnham in 2015. After moving in, Aaron from Bridges politely called me and then stayed in touch over the eight years we lived there. Every couple of years, he contacted me and offered a free property valuation. Which I took advantage of a couple of times. When the time came and we decided to sell, it was clear we would put the house on the market with Bridges.Aaron understood what we wanted, and he and the team delivered. The marketing and the sales coincided with a significant market slowdown (due to the October 2022 'Mini Budget'). Yet, they generated considerable interest in the property and found the perfect buyers for us, a lovely couple relocating back to the UK from California. The process was smooth, collaborative and somewhat innovative (e.g., it included video viewing too, which was a first for us). We bought and sold more than ten properties over three decades; this was the best-managed process and transaction ever— a five-star plus experience. Very efficient and responsive Estate agents.Both Kathy and Alfie worked tirelessly on what is probably the longest property transaction we’ve all been part of.Many hurdles had to be crossed but thanks to the dedication and hard work of these two individuals we managed to get to the end in a controlled manner.Both showed great patience and provided high levels of communication and information weekly over 7 months of the purchase.Communication is key to a smooth sale and even more so when things are not straight forward. I can certainly say without Alfie and Kathy this transaction would most likely have failed but they kept all parties well informed and at ease of what was unfolding at all times.Pleasure doing business, all the best.

Bridges were fantastic throughout the the purchase of our first home. Kathy and Alfie were always on hand to answer questions and prompt us when needed. We encountered some challenging times during our purchase, things stalled and had to be out on hold. They were incredibly understanding and outstandingly personable, for which we’re eternally grateful. Alfie from Bridges Farnham has been absolutely fantastic through out our house buying experience. He was our initial contact and was sometimes returning calls and taking our emails late into the evenings! Customer service was great as he was prompt to respond & follow up on enquiries I’d made, all questions we had we re answered quickly, the small thoughtful things went a long way after buying the house too. He also helped guide me with selling advice despite my house being on with another agent to try to secure the sale so we could move forward and buy house we wanted - his advice worked as I sold a few days after speaking to him and taking some action! Can’t thank him enough. A credit to Bridge's for sure. Kathy when Alfie was off was also helpful during all the calls we had and assisting our sale. Appreciated the information about solicitors holding deposits etc. a great team and appreciative of such good customer services. Many thanks guys !

Another fantastic experience selling through Bridges - our second house sale with them; first with Bridges in Fleet and this time with Bridges in Farnham. I instantly warmed to Manager, Aaran's, personable approach and transparency, which continued throughout my direct dealings with him as we navigated a lengthy process in a difficult market with mortgage rates climbing, making it all the more difficult to secure a mortgage. Aaron is excellent at interpreting the challenges and intentions of prospective buyers and honesty communicating these. We always felt that he had our best interests at the fore. We agreed on a price, that particularly given the market, were delighted to achieve. Once the sale was underway, Kathy oversaw the progression of the sale. It was always lovely to get a call with either a query from our buyers or an update. I know she was busy liaising between all parties in between too!
