Service from Walk In Clinic cannot be faulted. Suspected thumb fracture (sports injury) my local GP 2 weeks wait for face to face decided to try this service following online research. Rang them to determine wait time went weekday afternoon quieter period was seen assessed by nurse x-ray carried out nothing broken all done within 3hr window frame. Very courteous professional staff especially receptionist nice clean waiting room. Worth using if cannot get GP appointment for non emergency issues service is nurse led. Keep up the good work.

I went for my first outpatient appointment with Gastro at Ashford and it really was a pleasant experience. The lady greeted me at the appointment reception polite and friendly manner, checked my address was up to date. I was even seen abit early. I was in and out in about half hour. I work at another hospital but they didn't know that.

Had a wisdom tooth extraction done by Luke in the Maxillo-Facial department, and he and Sony were fantastic! They listened to my fears and anxieties, discussed what the best and worst scenarios would be, and did everything they could to make me calm and relaxed.Thank you so much to all of the team! It's infinitely appreciated!

Decent hospital and nice staff. However the £4.50 I paid to have 1hr parking is disgusting. For one hour. I feel sorry for the staff that have to pay for a whole day. I don't come to a hospital for fun, I came here because I had a scan. You're not Thorpe Park, stop charging people simply because you can, people in charge of it should be embarrassed but alas, they wont be because its money in their pockets.

Subject: Extremely Disappointed with Receptionist's Attitude at HospitalI am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the treatment I received from one of your receptionists during my recent visit to the hospital. I arrived seeking medical assistance and was met with extreme rudeness and disrespect from the receptionist on duty.Instead of being greeted with empathy and understanding, I was bluntly told that I should have gone to my general practitioner (GP) instead of coming to the hospital. I understand the importance of managing patient flow efficiently, but there is absolutely no excuse for the receptionist's condescending tone and dismissive attitude.As a patient, I expect to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of the nature of my visit.I urge you to address this matter seriously, as such behavior has a significant impact on patients' confidence in the healthcare system. As a healthcare professional myself, I attended the hospital for blood tests, I was 15min late as there were no trains from London, which I apologized for. The staff were rude and did not even end up letting me attend the pathology appointment. Highly recommend avoiding!

Staff is helpful and caring. Sometimes there can be a bit of wait for appointment which is understandable. Car park has charges. You can park opposite at Tesco for up to 2 to 3 hrs free which is conviniet and make some shopping from tesco which I believe is not compulsory.

What a delightful experience at Ashford Hospital X-Ray this afternoon. Thank you so much to the wonderful reception lady (long hair-ponytail and glasses) who was happy, polite and so friendly. A real joy. I’m sorry I didn’t get your name but thank you for just being lovely.

Would never normally leave reviews but my care in day surgery unit was amazing! Everyone is so kind and attentive thanks so much!
