In 2012 I had a bad car accident, 3 cars were written off. My insurers put me in touch with Leech & Co. Initially there was a lot of paperwork, the person dealing with my case kept changing due to people leaving the firm, then I had no updates on my case or responses to my emails for over a year and actually filled in their 'new enquiry form' on google explaining I was an existing client but they hadn't replied to anything in over a year.Then Matthew Connery took over the firm maybe 4 years ago. He provided me an excellent service ever since then. I had regular case updates and I was confident he was handling all the paperwork properly.When you have a traumatic accident, followed by a longstanding legal claim, it can be very stressful, and navigating all the legal compliance and paperwork can be onerous. However Matthew handled all of these things for me and kept me informed so I knew he was dealing with everything for me. There was only a couple forms he needed me to do, but I was slow to reply for personal reasons. He continued to chase me for them and kept me advised of legal deadlines so I would not forget them. When negotiating the settlements on my behalf he advised me of all my options at each stage , factoring in my opinions and wishes, and also advised me what he thought was most realistic to achieve. It was not stressful at all and did not use up more than an evening of my time.The ultimate outcome of the case was much better than I expected. I have recently had Leech and Co create a Will and associated Power of Attorney documents for myself and wife.
