waste of money, i had a camera replaced on his first visit. tried to adjust angle of camera it was loose same as the box underneath i should have realised that was not good, but still rang and asked about updating the system which he agreed to do. when he came to fit new system i told him about the camera being loose he told me that was just a temporary fit which was news to me surely it should have been right first time.one of the cameras fitted does not give me the range i require and because his van parked where my car would be i told him i would to see the camera image with my car parked there he told me when he was finished he would move his van, but instead he just drove off. He informed me at 11-45pm late night he is not returning he is to busy. As a pensioner i would have thought he would at lest give some customer service. I will be asking trading standards for advice. I have tried contacting him by e-mail and texts and they are not being delivered.

Great install and crystal clear pictures on all cameras. Neil fitted the original 2 cameras and recorder and then I asked him to come back a short while later to add another camera to the set up.No hard sell at all and he walked me through the options available from different cameras and different recorders.Superb service from start to finish and has been on hand via the phone when i had an issue post changing my wifi router. Neil ended up coming back out free of charge and changed the settings to ensure I could view the cameras remotely.I recommended Secure Fit to my dad and Neil completed an install on his house to the usual high standard with new digital cameras.Would highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

Neil has Attention to detail . Very very very helpful. The cameras used are very sharp and easy to use Also the Ajax alarm system that we have fitted is very good and easy to use.I would recommend secure fit cctv 200%.
