Could not deliver my order took 10weeks and did not turn up twice on apointed day no phone call spent my time phoning cancelled order 2weeks ago still waiting for return of our money would not recommend this company no customer relationship We're very quick to get this order but slow at delivery

AVOID - Extremely Bad Service.Happy to take your money but NO customer service. Office Staff are incompetent had the same issue with them for years its covered under the guarantee but they won't do anything to resolve it.Lacking any form of communication and when you raise and issue with them about there lack of customer service they refuse to deal with you anymore.Even went to Trading Standards and the owner is ignoring them.TO EVERYONE OUT THERE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Incompetent

Hostile little man who likes to threaten pregnant ladies.We had our awning fitted a couple of years ago. It is actually nice but did need a couple of adjustments initially. However the reason I'm writing this review is due to the shocking way our house (and therefore, awning) move was handled.Firstly we were quoted around £500 for simply moving it, between two easily accessible properties. My wife managed to negotiate down to £400, which was slightly more reasonable.The awning was fitted to the new propery before we moved in (new build) but the outer fabric was damaged and was not re-fitted to the cassette.I happened to be abroad for work at the time and my wife merely suggested that she would wait until I was awake in my timezone to arrange transfer of the funds. However, she set a worst-case expectation that, should I miss the message and therefore be engaged in my work all day, I may not be able to for around 24-48 hours.This I feel is reasonable. After all, it _is_ standard practice for companies to invoice, and payment due usually in 1-2 weeks.This was unfortunately, not reasonable for the little man in question, and instead of diplomatically informing my wife that he really needed payment ASAP, he descended into a tirade of abusive text messages. Think about this - threatening messages sent to a pregnant lady, at home alone for a week, with a young toddler.Bravo Mr. Awnings. You qualify for the most tolerant and inclusive businessman of the year award! Certainly you're _not_ a threatening chauvinist ;-)We still don't have our repaired fabric....
