Very friendly team who I have been dealing with for a year now, they can't do enough for you and very helpful, £50 deposit is only to secure your items, don't understand some of the issues in comments, it's a great business, 5 star

I left a commission bid for a lot which sold for a third of my bid, so naturally I assumed that I had bought it. I emailed to inform them of the date that I would be collecting (4 hrs round trip) to which I did not not get a response. So before I made that trip I phoned to make sure that all was OK, it was not OK, they sold that lot to someone in the room! Good job I made that phone call otherwise this review would be much harsher.Not only are they giving the buyer a shocking service, that can also be said about the vendor, that vendor did not get as much money as they should have for that lot.

Poor information about auction collection details : We bought a large printer on their online auction. I called to arrange the collection date and specifically asked them if there were any stairs at the collection point so I'd know what equipment and how many staff to send and they said no stairs and it would be on the ground floor. When we arrived it was on the top floor so LOTS of stairs and we'd driven an hour and a half to find we didnt have the correct moving equipment. Very poor service

I was concerned after reading the negative reviews below, but my experience was a good one.It is concerning and unusual that they take a deposit to bid online, but that deposit was deducted from the sale price with no issues. They also packed and shipped the item at a very reasonable cost and I received it the next day.I would be careful if bidding online though, as their terms regarding the forfeit of your deposit are quite strict.

Spent a fair bit of money with them brought a range of different designer clothes all but one item was fake tried to contact them with no reply I expect one or two things may slip throughvut not 90% of the stuff will never use them again and would advise people to be extremely careful when dealing with them as there is no support after they have sold to you complete rip-off would be a 0 stars if it let me

I saw cosmetics auctions on the site online and as I live. four hour drive away and couldn't view the items I emailed them. I asked are the items used or damaged". I received a email reply from someone called Konor that said "the makeup lots are mostly testers but are unused". satisfied that this answer was accurate I bid and won several lots. on arrival out of the 80+ items I won over 50 had been used with around 10 only fit for the bin including an almost empty pot of face cream that had mould growing in it. i have been lied to and paid almost four hundred pounds for items that I can't sell. avoid"
