Sarah & Rupert are amazing, our cats have been going to The Meow Hotel for years and we cannot recommend it highly enough. The cats are always greeted with a smile. Sarah & Rupert are calm, kind & caring. We always know our cats are in totally safe hands when we leave them there .

We've being bringing our cat here for a couple of years now. We love the professionalism of the owners; vet records must be up to date and seen, keeps all our cats safe.The units are big, spotless clean and have toys/boxes to play with.Opening times are good - morning and evening very helpful.Sarah & Rupert are very helpful, super friendly and committed to the cats in thier care.We love seeing our cat on Social Media posts too!

I took my friend's cat in for a short emergency stay. Owners were friendly and welcoming, and, more importantly, the cat liked them. She had stayed there before. The enclosure was a good size, clean with separate sleeping area. Outside views were of the owners lovely garden.

Rupert and Sarah are kind and professional. They alway want the best for the cats and when we leave our cat there, we do not worry about her whatsoever. She comes back lovely and soft from being brushed. Happy cat and happy owners. Extremely clean.

Great place for your kitty to have their holiday. Kind owners,who once you've visited once they remember your kitty. Clean well organised and safe. Lovely surroundings and owners post photos every week so you can see how your cat is doing. Well recommended

We have taken our cat Lily to the Miaow Motel since it opened. They are quite simply the best cattery i have ever experienced in all my 40 years of cat ownership. I would not go anywhere else. Sarah and Rupert are very lovely people and a credit to this profession.

The Miaow Motel
Sarah and Rupert have gone above and beyond to give both the cats and cat parents a lovely experience. Cats are well looked after; given lots of love and fuss. Ample space to play and sunbathe. Both S & R know all the cats, taking their health and diet very seriously. Couldn't be happier with the service.
