Easy to use. Charged at 48kwh. No need to register your car at bannatynes any more.

If i could give ZERO or negative stars I would....My wife charged the car here when the Health Club was closed. After 8 pm on a Sunday night.Just received a parking charge notice because she didn't register at reception.... since it was closed.... that was impossible.I intend to appeal the charge... however it is such an inconvenience to deal with.Surely Bannatyne / Instavolt / Parking Management Company" (polite name for that entity) should have this sorted.Why give paying consumers a hard time for using your facility!!!Come on Instavolt! Get back to me and help me sort this ... and how about sort it for the longer term. I am not the first!!!I have confidence that Instavolt will get back to me and fix this.... is my confidence well founded!?Let's see!Update : Instavolt have replied to help me.I will update this review with relevant news

I have recently used the Instavolt facility and just received a PCN (penalty charge notice) …I would avoid because of the hassle associated with appeal etc

Very easy and fast charging till the fine came through the post. The facility was closed due to Covid so I could not register my vehicle. I have appealed the fine but reading comments in zapmap it might be rejected. Would have given 5 star otherwise... Bit disappointed.Update: I had my appeal accepted and the fine has been cancelled. Not sure if I will get a fine again if I go there. Rating updated.

Worked first time - unlike 8 nearby Osprey charge points. You must register your car with reception to avoid a parking charge. Coffee and toilets available!

Charger worked perfectly as usual but Bannatyne wouldn't let us use the facilities. Didn't ask for the registration but we went off and bought 4 breafasts and coffees elsewhere. We have charged at 3 other Bannatyne clubs without any problems

Ground floods a little in heavy rain (we’ll it is Wales). But it worked 1st time and Bannatynes serve Starbucks inside where you register your car.

Worked first time - super easy. Just tap your card, plug in and hit start button!IMPORTANT - make sure you register your vehicle at reception on the touch pad once inside, otherwise as per the comments below you may get a fine!
