I sent my son in for some mistletoe they were very friendly n very informative telling him they don’t sell real mistletoe as it dries out quick n breaks up they only sell fake mistletoe so he went back in for me I have always come here for flowers that I have ever needed never been let down with the flowers or the customer service you get

Had our wedding last weekend. We placed an order for the flowers in January. The owner seemed pleasant enough at first. Until the wedding day...the customer service was atrocious. The flowers were left at the venue, the delivery person didn't think to check with anyone if the flowers were correct, low and behold the button holes were wrong! When the other half rang Rosebowl to come up with a solution, amongst trying to keep everything else running smoothly, she got screamed at by the owner, which left the other half in tears. The owner did not even consider fixing her mistake or offering a solution. Ended up getting cream roses (which we had ordered originally) from a nearby supermarket, they worked a treat. The (wrong) buttonholes that were provided by rosebowl were very cheaply made as they had fallen apart before the end of the night, which begs the question how can she charge £51 for the wrong buttonholes and extremely cheap materials.

Ordered these flowers for our 12 year anniversary, my partner absolutely loved them. Very impressed with the quality and beautiful colours. I normally order from Aberdeen, but no more as the quality is far better and I'm supporting a local business.

I just wanted to say a great big THANK YOU to Rae and the team for our beautiful table flowers, my wedding bouquet, and stunning flower arches that you created..... your wonderful work truly elevated our marquee BBQ celebration, which we had at home in our garden, to a wedding venue we were so proud to show off!

Absolute joke. Owner is Horrendously rude. The owner got my wedding flowers/buttonholes wrong, once I rang them to arrange a solution the owner was screaming down the phone at me, on my wedding day. The phone was not on loudspeaker but everyone including very popular make up artist, hair stylist and photographer heard her, and everyone was in disbelief with the way she was speaking to me. Absolutely atrocious. Her exact words were “I KNOW ITS YOUR WEDDING DAY BUT I DON’T CARE” she then said to go in after the wedding to talk to her. What is the point when I need the flowers for my wedding day. She did not offer to rectify her mistake. She had a Hell of a screechy voice, and being screamed at on my wedding day, when I have enough on my plate, led me to cry. Very surprised she has managed to keep her business running, if that’s the level “professionalism” customers receive. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AWFUL WOMAN OR HER BUSINESS TO AN ENEMY.
