Avoid this company and any future reincarnations of it.

Disgraceful. They took an age to provide samples and a quote and then fitted it so badly that they ripped the carpet (and tried to hide it), broke a radiator valve, broke the door handle and knocked chunks out of the skirting. They then took 3 months to replace the carpet using every excuse imaginable not to do the work. They then have the gall to chase for payment the day after the invoice was received. I advise you not to deal with this company

Malcolm of Multiflooring came to our home. He was very helpful and helped me select the perfect carpet for my bedroom at a very competitive price. The fitters turned up exactly on time. Uplifted the old carpet and fitted the new carpet. I am disabled so they did all the furniture moving for me. Also went above and beyond by cutting the old carpet down and loaded it in the car to take to the tip. They cleared up when they finished and put everything g back in the room. The room now looks fabulous and I can highly recommend this company if you are considering new flooring.

Really disappointed with this company, think twice about using, they were friendly enough when placing my order of £4000 of flooring, but the moment something went wrong, it has been difficult to get them to rectify the problem, a year later and I am still incredibly unhappy and the owner ignores my messages. I would not recommend to anyone.
