Just had my works Xmas lunch here today. Such a well organised operation and staff in the restaurant and in the bar were nothing short of exceptional! Cannot fault any part of the service and will definitely be back. Well done to all the staff!

Benedicts Hotel Belfast
Our stay in Benedicts hotel was really great. The staff are the hotel's best asset because they were amazing and they couldn't do enough for us. Martin in the bar was fantastic. He ran the bar and food service really quickly and smoothly. We had a meal in the bar, and it was gorgeous,we'll definitely be back in again for more meals for sure. The room was a bit dated but still really nice and comfortable. It had everything that we needed, and the bed was so comfortable I really didn't want to get up the next morning. When you're in Belfast, try to call into Benedicts because you won't be disappointed

We came home to Belfast for my daughter to marry in the City Hall. We had been recommended Benedicts from family members and without a doubt a superb recommendation.The staff are impeccable. We chose to eat at the restaurant on the day of the marriage and so glad we did.The food, drinks, staff, service and environment were another level.Shout out to the restaurant manager Adam. That guy was a legend, I have not seen service like his in a very long time. His staff were on the ball as directed by him. He constantly checked in with us and making sure all our needs and comfort were met. Amazing!The front of house staff were friendly and helpful. Barmen were funny and engaging and stroked two cream cakes from my stash.Room was just what was needed. I booked the Executive Suite for my daughter and new husband, it was just beautiful.A great excuse to have to avoid staying with family. Sorry fam I am staying at Benedicts. Will definitely be back soon.

Benedicts Hotel Belfast
We needed something close to the city hospital. Saying the Simpsons from Derry this helped. First person we met was a local from derry and this helped another with direction etc. Then the best was to come. A room up grade. Evening meal with a drink and no extra cost and breakfast. GREAT deal for the same money. And a safe parking space for 24 hours for 12.50 . The food and service and room was spotless. Try this out for a Monday night.

DO NOT book lunch on a Saturday unless you want the bottomless brunch option with loud party music/sax, over heated rubbery food, and service where your meal is practically thrown down infront of you. Not too much professionalism from the manager who continually calls the customers 'love'A now very over rated hotel compared to what it used to be

Stayed here one night in September for my husband's birthday. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As I'd booked direct, we received 2 drinks vouchers, which were valid for any drink. I had a premium cocktail, and my husband had a Guinness. I'd definitely stay here again

This was a great find. Super good value for money. Fabulous room. Great restaraunt/ Bistro. Anna was a wonderful waitress with a great sense of humour. We really had a good giggle and a wonderful experience. The food in the evening was great value for money and very tasty the breakfast was the same and set us up for the day.. I will definitely try and visit again.

Had the pleasure of visiting the bar at Benedict's.I was totally blown away by the atmosphere.Saturday afternoon we walked in, and found a party with a packed dance floor, live musig and reasonably priced premium qulity drinks.Sunday it was a little less crowded, but there was still a good party going on.
