Care home from hell! Bad security. Awful food. Very small cell like rooms. Loud TVs in all the rooms.

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! My elderly nan cared for her long term partner for 40 years. It took its toll on her and she needed a break. This place was offered for her to have some respite and of course she accepted. 1st impressions she could not fault. After a week being in there he was admitted to hospital as he got pneumonia and sadly passed. He had been neglected and if only the staff acted sooner he could've been here today.

Every time I visit I have to wait 20/30 minutes before a staff open the door it is really bad no one ever at receptionThe staffs are very unfriendly some are I'll manner and rude not very helpful particular a staff by the name of Helen glasses with braided hair she mistreat the patience's she take their money from their room when their relatives bring things for them she takes it and swear blind she didn't receive it her Chinese manager he has had multiple complains about this woman and she still able to work in that place I took my relative out of that place I'm 100 percent sure she would of made her pass her time before her time she a very wicket evil person

My parent was moved from room to room 3 times for no reason the rooms weren't needed for any specific reason another patient or a deep clean of the room.Although seemed very nice and friendly did feel that patients were left unchecked, to find your loved one in need of assistance is distressing understandably things happen between the nurses rounds but this happened too often and a lot if the time you could tell they'd been lying there in need of help for a while, I had to go and find someone not easy.Gaining entrance was always a wait and you'd start to panic that they were all busy as someone was in crisis and of course you immediately think it's your loved one.

From a security point of view this home is appalling. I witnessed a break in and called the reception but they were not even interested and refused to take any notice. What kind of care is that? This is criminal negligence, as two burglars could inflict harm on the residents and staff but nobody seems to mind...
