Absolutely awful, don't chance it. I had a terrible experience there. They were so nice and friendly, everything seemed fine. But when it came to having the actual work done I checked the tools they had laid out. Single use plastic, worn, cracked and yellowing. The syringe with the pain numbing agent the same cracked yellowing plastic. I asked if they used that syringe with other patients, yes she said but not to worry they put the barrel in the autoclave and use a new needle for each patient. Then I knew this wasnt for me. Afterwards I did some research and on almost every place you can leave a review there were horror storied of patients going in and needing small treatments and ending up needing hospital surgery for huge infections. And after seeing the way they reuse single use plastic tools, and share the barrel between patients, all to save money, it is clear why. This place should be shut down. And I found out it has, several times, changed their name. The previous named places all had the same horror stories. Just avoid..... Its no worth it. Pay and get a propper job done. Ive gone private since. I now save up for months to get any work I need done. Its so much better and painless. I used to be scared of the dentist. But after going private youll never go back. Whatever you do though, dont go to this hell hole.

If you used to attend Faith Clinic as I did as a nervous patient beware of this dentist as I was not told until after an examination that the dentist had been taken over and was now private. To carry out an extraction would cost me a lot of money plus fillings, looking at £700 in total,as a pensioner on state benifits I tried to save but was impossible. That (the examination took place) on 28/18. Then I was referred to Worthing Hospital to have extraction whom never received any communication from said dentist,as they got my address wrong, when spotted had to be done again,so I went back to bottom of the list with Worthing. Update go in for the extraction under GA on Friday 11/10/19. Have been in sheer agony from March to now.Must say the dentist did offer to give me a loan to be payed back monthly. Nice have payed my dues over many years of working. Give this place a miss.

This is one of the worst dentist I've been too. All they do is try and upsell and push NHS Patients out! The treatments ive had done by Mo the main dentist was so bad I had to get it redone costing me more money. I don't recommend this not a friendly residential practice at all just taking people's hard earned money!

Very helpful and friendly workers. Made me feel very safe whilst having my fillings. They are very professional but are still up for a laugh! Definitely recommend to anyone who is scared of going to the dentist like me!

I can finally put up a review now I have a new dentist, if you are NHS don’t go here. They only have one dentist that deals with NHS and he’s rude and not doing anything to save teeth. As I had an appointment with someone else they told me all the problems I had that he didn’t address! Including needing to be referred to the hospital. Honestly save your teeth and never go here! I wish I knew sooner before he damaged my wisdom tooth with an unnecessary filling when it needed to be taken out. Honestly disgusted by the way I was treated here. save your teeth and don’t go anywhere near this place

Dr. Zeena and her assistant Maddy were brilliant! My daughter was scared before the visit but Dr Zeena was very patient and helped my daughter relax. We left the surgery happy and with a lovely smile.Thank you so much.

Two double bridges fitted after a humongous struggle to speak to reception and then to actually achieve an appointment, truly the worst reception I have ever dealt with.As per the other google reviews I also experienced an infection after my treatment, dentists are far to casual about hygiene and puncturing your gums for no apparent medical reason. It took two days for a prescription to be organised for anti biotics to remedy the infection, another appalling admin foul up, giving me more pain and allowing the infection to establish itself.I would sooner extract my teeth with a pair of pliers than revisit this dentist, it would probably be more hygienic at any rate.DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST they are a health hazard to your mouth and a hazard to your blood pressure.

Gabriel is a fantastic dentist! This practice gets bad reviews but they always treat the private, NHS and free patients with the same respect. Unlike other practices they will never abandon their NHS and free patients.

While it is a friendly and welcoming practice, I joined in June and since then there has been no end to being messed around and rescheduled. The first time I went after walking for 2 hours (roughly 4/5 miles) I got there only to find out that the dentist I was seeing was leaving the practice and I'd had to reschedule an appointment but that dentist agreed to have a quick look and told me the work I needed doing so I booked what I thought was an appointment to have the work done. Then I get told to reschedule again because the new dentist was away, then when I finally attended my next appointment I found out it was just another check up, much to my frustration. When I eventually made it to my tooth extraction appointment almost a 2 months later at this point, which is a 40 minute appointment, I was 10 mins late due to traffic and the receptionist said oh you've missed half the appointment now so we'll have to reschedule." I was furious but managed to politely say don't worry about it and left...I was due to finally have my extraction work done today but alas I've had a phone call saying I need to reschedule. Will I ever have the work done? Who knows... Really not impressed so far."
