Had an issue with my lock, the service was professional and the advice spot on, supplied me with a replacement and got me out of trouble promptly, costs were very reasonable, overall, I was extremely happy, strongly recommended.

This company is in my opinion extremely expensive! My advice to anyone wishing to use them is to get an estimate first! And hold them to it! I have been sent an invoice for over £500 for a lock repair! If I had had a typed estimate up front, at least I could have shopped around for more cost effective quotes. The work is done, the lock is working but I do feel as though I’ve been taken advantage of. Just saying.Note: In response to your reply, I was only made aware of your charge out rate after the job was completed (just to get the facts straight). In hindsight, I should have insisted that you informed me of the component costs before proceeding any further because I could have sourced a similar replacement locking system for half the amount of your invoice. It's my error, but I did trust the reviews that I read and assumed that, you would have have informed me of the costs involved as a matter of professional courtesy, but you didn't. I have learned an expensive lesson.

I had to get an ABS key re-cut - my nearest supplier was miles away and didn't even pick up the phone. I therefore contacted Blakes Security and the service was outstanding. I was able to order and pay via the phone and my order was placed within minutes. Additionally the key arrived less than 24 hours later, which was amazing. Great and fast service - definitely recommended!

Blakes are great and I have just had some great high security euro locks fitted with indexed keys - Blakes are the best about and you can use them with confidence. Firstly I’d like to make it clear the customer service was outstanding but the product wasn’t evidence of that! Needed 3 copies of one key cut and traveled there and back but the keys didn’t work! Went back the next day and they said I had to wait another 4 days. Confusing as they were known by many in the industry for being the best!

I recently went to Blake Security Systems Ltd. What can I say British Customer Service at its finest. I had various issues which I explained and needed some thinking around, and the gentleman really took his time to find the right solution for me. When I returned home, it wasn't some of the solutions needed to be changed again and I went back, once again the same gentleman gave me further support to get me the right solution, explained fitting procedures etc and Wallah. Great service. Placed a call because of a malfunctioning lock!!! A gentleman arrived in good time. Lock issue was solved not long after he arrived! Outstanding. Would recommend them.

Rang about an issue with locks on my top box & even though he was really really busy he still offered to have a look if I brought it down. When I arrived he offered to help straight away and wouldn't give up until he'd sorted it for me. Really good, helpful bloke and would recommend this place based on this visit alone.
