James and his colleagues were charming as soon as I entered Martin & co Jewellers.I was seated for my appointment and I was offered a refreshment immediately,James appeared with the watch he had sourced for me, it was a beautiful and well worth the wait. The premises were charming (old school)feel to it ,James was very knowledgeable and professional towards me ,something you don’t get nowadays. The large jewellery chains should take notice of this.I had a very pleasurable day at Martin & co and was worth the long drive to Cheltenham.Thanks again James and to your colleagues, Paul.

I recently ventured into Martin & Co to enquire about the availability of a couple of Rolex Models. I’ve been to a couple of other Rolex Authorised Dealers, but these guys were far superior to the others. Rory welcomed me to the store and was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. He was great to chat to, and answered all questions I had, as well as letting me try on one of the models I was enquiring about. I’m looking forward to returning, and advise anyone reading this review to pay them a visit, as in my (admittedly somewhat limited, but not insignificant) experience Martin & Co are one of the best Authorised Dealers around.

How It Should Be.... Good old fashioned customer service so the never knowingly undersold" big players need to play catch up. Picked up my watch today 31/7/23 from James and after a stressful event with my car the sense of professionalism and understanding from the whole team

A premium shopping experience and one to remember.Far too often do salespeople go for the jugular without investing their time to properly understand a customers enquiry. This was not the case here.After browsing the store, my wife and I were met by Jake Garner, a diamond specialist and wristwatch consultant at Martin & Co, who invited us to take a seat and offered a refreshment before asking the reason for our visit.Unfortunately, the products we wanted weren’t readily available. However, as this was for a special occasion, we were prepared to wait. Half an hour later we walked out of the store feeling great, and safe in the knowledge that we were in good hands.A few months later, Jake called to say the product was available and we pencilled in an appointment for the following morning.On the day of purchase, Jake offered an abundance of expertise around the product which made the whole buying experience even more valuable and definitely worth the wait.Thank you Jake and Martin & Co for a great service. Would highly recommended to anyone looking to make a special purchase.

The team always makes you feel welcome, comfortable and they manage to remove any ‘hang ups’ you may have, around being in a high-end jewellery shop, through their warm welcoming style.Recently (the last 3 years) we have bought an engagement; wedding and eternity ring and a ladies omega watch. Paid a visit to Martin & Co and was immediately made to feel at ease by a gentleman called Rory. I was kindly allowed to try on a few watches and whilst my desired model wasn’t available to purchase on the spot, I just wanted to express the professionalism and warmth I received in store.
