My partner and I did a hypnobirthing course to prepare for the birth of our first child and we were lucky enough to have done it with Erin. We found the course really informative and made us feel confident throughout the birth from the techniques and things we had learnt. Since doing her course I have recommended the course to 2 pregnant friends and will continue to do so with many more. Thank you Erin, you helped me have the birth I wanted!

Better Birth provides 360, evidence based, positive pregnancy and labour support to both expectant mothers and birthing partners. Whilst the free information on her website, podcast and social media pages are already so useful, we were also able to go on one of the hypnobirthing courses which left both my birthing partner and I feeling informed, realistically empowered and supported in our holistic birthing approach.Erin truly cares about everything Better Birth stands for which comes through during the sessions. Erin is an enthusiastic and well informed specialist who will take your hand and help guide you to an informed choice as a mother or birth partner. Her goal is to get you prepared and comfortable, whether that be with knowledge of your rights, an evidence based approach to the choices you will have to make or countering the fear that years of American tv have put in your mind about what can go wrong. Erin is world class! Her expertise and passion for hynobirthing and antenatal educations is unmatched. Erin is worth 1000x what she charges for her 121 Hypnobirthing course. We had been really struggling with our NHS journey and constantly being told all the negative outcomes/risks because I’m high BMI/low PAPP-A. I was at a really low point. Erin honestly gave me my power back with evidence based information and tools. It’s transformed my pregnancy experience and my outlook on birth. Both my husband and I really enjoyed and valued the support Erin provides which goes above and beyond the 8 hours class room work. The transformation in my husband too from hypo birth sceptic to biggest advocate has been amazing. I would recommend every pregnant person and their partner took her course if they could. I really cannot recommend the Better Birth hypnobirthing course enough! Erin was a fantastic, kind and knowledgeable teacher. The thing I really love about the course is that it’s not geared towards one kind of birth, it is for everyone no matter what kind of birth you’re planning. It covers everything and gives the information in an unbiased way, so you can make truly informed decisions around birth. I have come away from the course feeling so empowered and prepared for what is to come and I know my husband feels the same. It is 1000% worth the money.

Erin is an amazing Hypnobirthing instructor. We are expecting our second baby and wanted to be better informed this time around after a difficult experience during our first birth. We chose Erin and her Hypnobirthing essentials course because of her evidence based approach to teaching and information, and the fact she is so approachable. Her content is not only about Hypnobirthing, but is about all aspects of pregnancy and birth, and certainly helped both myself and my partner to feel more confident about our choices in labour and birth. We did our sessions over zoom as we aren't local to Erin so couldn't do them in person, and this worked so well. We got to see written presentations, but also chat face to face with Erin, which really helped to get to know her, and helped her get to know us! Her support has so far (and will continue to be) invaluable right up until our baby is born. My husband and I joined an introductory seminar on hypnobirthing with Erin and then booked a private 121 hypnobirthing essentials course to learn more.The course materials were excellent; evidence-based and delivered wonderfully via Zoom by Erin, who is a friendly, informed, and engaging instructor.
