SP-ONE Sports and Remedial Massage

This is a fraudulent business.BEWARE. Save yourself time and money. Don’t be fooled by the cheap prices. Booked in Groupon now been 2 months and still no appointment. Cancelled on me twice on the days of the appointment for this so called family emergency. If you can’t run a business don’t waste people’s time. The world does not revolve around you.

I bought a Groupon voucher for a one hour massage and was really excited for it (as I have been having trouble with my back for a few months)!When I came to book the massage (11/10), I rang the number provided which went straight to voicemail. I then received an automated text immediately afterwards which I replied to and did not get a reply for. I then rang again the following day (12/10), for the call not to be answered and I received another automated message and then a text asking me which days and times suit me. A few messages back and forth and I couldn’t book the date I wanted, so I sent a text (21/10) and gave 3 dates and asked if they had any availability and received no response. I text again (25/10) asking if they had any availability for the week, to which they then did eventually respond but asking me what time was best. I then never bothered to reply as I knew I didn’t want to continue with this massage.I then contacted Groupon who were amazingly helpful and I received a full refund.It wasn’t until I read some of the reviews that I realised that this is a reoccurring problem with having no response / minimal response from SP-one. I’ve never dealt with a company that is this bad at responding to customers before. Just from this experience, I definitely wouldn’t recommend!

BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM. After the initial few massages, he starts cancelling on you every time and then doesn’t respond to when you’re trying to rebook. Impossible to reach by phone. After many failed attempts to rebook, I asked for a refund on my block of massages - he initially agreed but then stopped replying.Incredibly unprofessional and bad service.

Didn’t get a massage, due to lack of communication. No answering via phone calls or responding to texts. They might as well take the offer down on Groupon, I’ve seen people have had similar issues. I’ve cancelled my voucher and been refunded by Groupon, won’t bother again.

Visited Pete at SP One for the first time this week and I was really impressed with the service I recieved. Incredibly professional and knowledgeable, in a welcoming and exceptionally clean environment. I've already rebooked and look forward to returning.

DO NOT USE!!! Impossible to contact, I purchased a few blocks from Sam. Do not do this! He pressures you into it but then ignores your texts and calls trying to book in. Will cancel on the day with short notice, typically coming up with a family excuse. In the end had so many left that I had to propose he sends the money back for some. Agreed but he said he couldn't pay for a month Because that's when he does his banking"

Had a pre booked appointment for a sports massage. The guy even confirmed the appointment again the night before. The guy was a no show who left me waiting. Numerous calls and texts were ignored. Thanks for wasting my time

I have been coming here for over 2 years, and have received excellent service every session from Pete. He is a very kind and caring therapist and is great at his job, extremely professional would recommend.

An excellent service from start to finish. Booking in with Pete was simple, quick & easy. Greeted in a welcoming environment & all made to feel comfortable throughout. I’ll certainly be visiting again for follow up appointments. I’d highly recommend booking with Pete at SP One.

I’ve been going to Pete for many years now. He is always incredibly easy to deal with, on time and the service he provides is spot on. Would highly recommend to anyone!
