Neal was GREAT throughout the process! From initial contact (and many emails to & fro) through to install he very helpful and VERY patient - reasonable price too! ONLY reason 4 stars given rather than 5 was because it took 6 months to source my hub (supplier issue - not from CWS and didn't cause any detriment to the working of the system). Would gladly use Neal's services again and looking forward to the new product launches and calling Neal out again for some additions!

Great company, excellent customer service and extremely reliable.They've been providing all my domestic security requirements for a couple of year now, I won't use anyone else.Did a service a few weeks ago when they found a fault and fixed it 1st time.
