Darren responded quickly to our email enquiry about clearing my mother in law’s house. He arrived on time the next day and provided a written quote that evening. We were pleased that he was confident that many items could be recycled to charities and good homes rather than all going to landfill. He kept us posted by text and email as arrangements were made and then confirmed the day before.Darren and his colleagues Dan and Liam, who did the clearance, were very pleasant and efficient which made the whole process less of an ordeal. Dan and Liam cleared our parents' home for us yesterday. As I had travelled a distance I stayed while they worked and Dan quickly and efficiently organised their work in such a way that I was able to clean through as they went. Very hardworking and organised. Their friendliness made an otherwise emotional day much easier.Darren's initial communications were excellent and the price sensible. I was also pleased to hear that the items of any worth were taken to charity; something I know would have pleased my parents too.

Excellent service, prompt response to my query, a fair price and did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would do it. Despite a second floor flat where the lift was not working, Dan and Liam did not complain but cracked on with what was a mammoth job. If you need a house cleared then look no further, after looking around for a house Clearance team I went with Darren and his crew due to the feedback and reviews I read. However I also have to say that I couldn't believe some of the prices I had been quoted. However from the first moment I met Darren I felt at ease showing him around my parents home, having lost my Dad in January it was always going to be difficult getting the house cleared. I needn't have worried Darren and his team took care of everything, I couldn't make it on the day of the clearance as I caught Covid, however Darren even called me to check on a couple of issues. Totally professional and as far I am concerned the team went above and beyond of what I was expecting. Darren and his team helped us when we physically and emotionally could do no more!! He came in and finished clearing house, garden and sheds, a mammoth task in itself. They then cleaned the house and decorated a few areas in order to make it a little better for getting on the market. Mum had been a bit of a hoarder so it was a tough job! But they did it so well and we are so grateful to them. Would highly recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again should the need arise! Thanks guys x
