Brilliant service from Bay Town Car Services. As soon as we walked into the car park at Newcastle Airport, our driver was pulling in to collect us. Cases loaded and unpacked to our door. We will definitely be booking with Bay Town Car Services for our next trip later in the year!

We had an early hours pick up and drop off from the airport and each time we were informed of the car’s despatch and arrival. A lovely smooth ride both ways which added a hassle and worry free beginning and end to our holiday. A friendly, professional driver and a very reliable service; would highly recommend!

Just used Bay Town Car services for the first time. Stellar service! I usually get anxious waiting to be collected but I had none of this with Bay Town. A message to say they were en route and another when they arrived. Driver was courteous and friendly, car was immaculate. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Very professional service. We were given live updates on location so we knew exactly when our car would arrive. We were helped with our luggage and delivered right to our door. We will definitely be using Bay Town Car Services in the future and will recommend them to our friends.

Wonderful experience with Tommy. I recently needed an airport transfer, which went impeccably. Then, after a flight cancellation, I needed a last-minute pickup at an airport further afield. Tommy was brilliant start-to-finish. Very professional but super friendly and talkative. I'll be coming back!
