I would like to thank the staff at clacton co op for the warmth , care and attention to details they have shown my family in such a sad moment. Losing a loved one is hard and we were not thinking straight, some of us wanted one thing and some another. The calm , support and inclusive way in which the staff allowed us all to feel apart of the planning was wonderful . They took care of it all, nothing was to much! Well organised , all went better than could have hoped Dad would have been proud thank you all

East of England Coop Funeral Services at Clacton arranged my mother’s funeral, with my funeral coordinator being Sam Tye. Of course this was a sad and distressing event, but I was impressed and grateful for the sympathetic and professional service Sam provided. She gave us time, she listened carefully to our wishes, and treated us and our mother with respect. The order of service she arranged to be printed was very nicely presented too. Sam arranged for our funeral celebrant to be Evelyn, and she was also excellent, consulting me to ensure everything was according to our wishes. She too was sympathetic and professional, and spoke beautifully at the funeral. I am not sure what funerals usually cost, but the cost for this funeral seemed very reasonable.

Co-op Funeral Care did the funeral in April for my mother. We were so pleased how they worked with us and organised the whole event. They really made it easy at such a difficult time. At all times they conducted themselves with dignity, respect and professionalism that is called for on these occasions. Thank you to all the team.
