It’s been lovingly created and we’re sure it will last for many years, serving our rail users and the local community. Gyles was so helpful and pleasant to deal with but we take credit for choosing the colours which we think look fab! Fully recommend this business!

Gyles made a beautiful chopping board from sycamore wood. I gifted it to my partner for Christmas, he was very pleased with it! Dimensions where50cm x 35cm x 5cm, solidly constructed and beautifully finished and treated, the board also had rubber stoppers at the bottom which is very practical and hygienic! Service was excellent and product even came beautifully wrapped! Would highly recommend Old Toms Workshop

Gyles repaired a wobbly dining chair. Excellent communication from start to finish which is really important to me. Repair was done very quickly too. Would recommend

Gyles made and installed two lovely book exchange boxes for our garden at school, one for KS1 and one for KS2. The quality is lovely and they look fab - just need to put the books in and start to use them! Might order another for parents/staff to swap books! Thanks Gyles and Gyles's Dad who also helped to install.

Very difficult finding a local craftsman for bespoke hardwood gates.Really pleased to have found Gyles. An excellent job. Just what we wanted and fitted, and old wrecks removed. We were kept informed of progress throughout. Allround good job.
