What a wonderful experience. Sam is so understanding of the client and their needs and totally understood and was very respectful of mine and my mothers requirements of our visit, she moulded in with our vibe and was fun and easy to be around. She was helpful in giving just enough opinion but not too much sway or influence and helped us to cut down the choices with ease amongst the dresses. The range of dresses at Sass & Grace is great and the location is such a calming, quiet and peaceful environment, perfect for concentrating on trying on a dress and really working out what one likes or doesn’t like about it. Equally, Jude was a great help to Sam and equally calm and respectful in the space and was good at keeping organised and efficient. The perfect ending to my dress search. The first one I tried at Sass & Grace was my final wedding dress! I’m so excited to wear it and think of that lovely day when I found it. Thank you Sam.

I did not expect my wedding dress finding journey to be so pleasant! Sam was fantastic, she is so welcoming and lovely, and really makes sure you feel supported throughout. She clearly has a lot of experience and a good eye for style, her advice about the fit and vibe were really valuable when I had to make the decision about “the” dress. The boutique is filled with the prettiest dresses and I honestly can’t fault anything about my appointment. 1000x thank you, Sam ♥️ I walked out with my dream dress roughly 1 hour after my first ever try on, couldn’t be happier!

Would highly highly recommend Sass & Grace! Not only are all the dresses absolutely gorgeous but Sam was super welcoming, put my nerves to bed and gave the best advice. Going into the appointment I thought I knew exactly the type of dress I was going for, having been to a couple of other shops prior. However, Sam encouraged me to pick a couple of wild cards and my dress ended up being one of them!! It was such a good experience, Sam allowed me to take time with my decision and really enjoy trying on all the different dresses and narrowing down my thoughts! I’m so pleased I found Sass & Grace and I’m so excited to be getting my dress from them!

I had a lovely experience at Sass and Grace with Sam. The whole appointment was very relaxed, the boutique was beautiful and Sam was really helpful (and not at all sales focused, which was great). The selection of dresses was just right - enough to be able to try a range but not too many to be overwhelming. I would highly recommend visiting; the boutique was not local to me but it was well worth the trip. I can't wait for my dress to arrive.

I had the most brilliant experience at Sass and Grace; Sam was so welcoming and despite me being extremely nervous made me feel completely comfortable. Sam has one side of the boutique for the lower budget and the other for the higher end. This was really reassuring as I knew I wouldn't be able to opt for the pricier dresses. I found the most wonderful dress and It was the first one I tried on. Sam was helpful, encouraging and an absolutely lovely lady. I can't wait to go back and try my dress on when it arrives. I would highly recommend Sass & Grace. I had really struggled to find a dress and went to a lot of shops, but nothing felt right and I found the experience quite stressful. Eventually I found Sam's lovely boutique and she was so kind and really listened to what I wanted. She was creative in putting things together and wasn't at all pushy. I got my dream dress there and felt amazing in it on my wedding day!

From start to finish - booking the appointment to trying on dresses Sam made the whole experience so easy. Having travelled from Jersey to Sam specifically I was a bit apprehensive about finding my dream dress. Sam, however made me feel really special and she was so knowledgeable about all the stock and alterations etc that can be done. With such a good selection of dresses too it didn’t take too long before I found my perfect dress and veil to match. It was definitely an added bonus with it being a private appointment (one bride at a time) meant the focus was all on me and didn’t feel rushed or pressured. I would 1000% recommend to anyone.Thank you so much Sam! Can’t wait to pick up my dress x

I absolutely cannot find any fault with the experience I received from Sam at Sass and Grace. I was extremely anxious about going shopping for my dress, as someone who is larger than most of the bridal models you see online, and isn't entirely body confident.I sent Sam a message before booking an appointment to check on sample sizes of the dresses I liked - she got back to me really quickly and was able to reassure me that we would be able to get the dresses on and be able to visualise them, and also that the boutique only sees one bride at a time, so we would be able to have complete privacy.When it came to the appointment, we were greeted with such warmth, and Sam talked us through picking out 5 dresses, before trying these on and a couple of wildcards Sam also added into the mix. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase any of the gowns, and when I did select my choice (the beautiful Azalea by Lyn Ashworth), Sam was able to guide me through all the customisation/made to measure options the designer had on offer.To save lots of alterations further down the road, I went for a made to measure option, which involved me coming back to the boutique about 6 weeks later to check the fit on the mock-up sent back from the designer. This is where I also met Dalia - the incredible seamstress who deals with all gowns purchased from the boutique. Her knowledge shone through, and I felt in very safe hands from that moment forwards.When my dress arrived, I was invited into the boutique to check everything looked good, and had my alterations appointments booked for 4 weeks and 2 weeks before my big day. Sam took the worry out of everything - and by the last appointment I had a gorgeous dress, ready to take home for my big day! I had so many compliments on the day, and I wouldn't hesitate recommending Sam and Dalia to any bride looking for their perfect dress.
