Farzana's

I cannot fault the staff but the manager is absolutely disgusting the way she talks. She runs a business but don’t treat her customers right. I get my eyebrows done from Shameeza and she is amazing and such a humble lady but Farzana is absolutely unprofessional. I have recordings of how she spoke to me and the way she lies. I booked a facial last minute she did not mention any cancellation fee nor did she ask for deposit and I cancelled my appointment and she was talking over me saying i ruined the appointment system by cancelling. I am sorry but that’s not my problem she should have took deposits of me. I have been a loyal customer for ages but the way Farzana spoke to me was disgusting and then had the nerve to say to me if I dont pay for the cancellation fee I can’t be booked in. She makes these rules up and is so unprofessional. I know a customer who was booked in for facial in advance she didn't ask her for deposit and that customer did not turn up for her appointment but Farzana didn't ask her for cancellation fee she called the customer however the customer didn’t answer the phone. Atleast I called to cancel my appointment. She’s absolutely rude!! When I did call the next day she was talking over me and would not let me speak. I had her on speaker and my colleagues were shocked at how she was talking. We recorded her because we knew she would lie and say iwas arguing with her. I have messages of her telling me to pay for the cancellation feee etc but why should I if you didn't explain your policy to me? If it wasn’t for Shameeza I would never go there. She even told her workers if i call to not let me book an appointment. A couple of times the girls messed my eyebrows ididnt complain nothing and thats when Shameeza start fixing and doing my eyebrows but even then Farzana thinks she has this authority like she can talk to people like dirt and get away with it.

I have been going to Farzana’s for a very long time now. They have amazing staff, always polite and helpful. They offer the best services and by far are the best salon around.

I have been going to Farzanas for years now and they are always very polite and professional. I had a body massage done today with hot stones and it was absolutely amazing. I feel so much better after the massage. Thank you to both massueses, i am so grateful. Amazing service, always.

I have been coming to Farzanas for the past 10 years. I have had many different treatments and had an amazing experience and results with them all. All the therapists are so friendly and really go out their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. I would never think of going elsewhere for my treatments. I got treatment for hair straightening from here. They told me that hair will be straight for 1 year but haven't been straight for even 1 month. And they charged me £250 for this. WorthlessNever Recommended
