What an amazing job. We have a lovely cocker spaniel who has decided he doesn’t like to be groomed. Other groomers we have been to have not been able to successfully been able to groom him. Today Elaine has done an amazing job, with a little bit of patience, a lot of experience she had him groomed and looking like a new dog in no time. See you again in 3 months and thank you

We have been taking our dog to be groomed at Hair and Hounds in Shipston since he was a puppy. Elaine is an absolute professional and takes pride in her work, but above all she really cares about the dogs, and it shows. Our dog loves going, always comes back with a big grin, looking fabulous and smelling divine. Can’t recommend this business highly enough.

Took our 6 month old cocker spaniel for her first puppy groom today. Elaine did a fantastic job washing and tidying her up and hopefully getting her used to the experience.We couldn't be more pleased and will definitely return

This is the first time I’d taken my little girl to Elaine.and I will definitely be taking her back. Elaine did an amazing job, she is such a lovely person. My dog is usually very nervous at the groomers but she seemed quite relaxed and happy. Thank you again

My cat has been going to Elaine for a few years now, Elaine always does a fantastic job and Casper loves going! His haircuts are always fantastic and his weekly medicated baths really help with his skin condition. Elaine mentioned about medicated baths before our vet did, so she definitely goes above and beyond and always thinks about extra ways to help your furry family members! Thanks Elaine

My cat had managed to get himself covered in sticky buds…I frantically searched for somewhere to help as I didn’t want to have to take him to the vets to be shaved completely. Elaine was brilliant! Bernard is quite a nervous cat, but he was brilliant with her. He came away looking and smelling fantastic! I will definitely be bringing him back!!

I was very lucky to get my girl in for a groom after finding out there is a month waiting list.. it was lillys first groom here, and when I dropped her off today she was shaking bless her.. by the time I picked her back up, she was very relaxed, looking beautiful and also smells great.. I would highly recommend, and will for sure be booking lilly in again.. Great service, and very friendly. X
