Don't waste your time... because you will if you choose this company. Initial survey completed in February 2023 and it took till nearly the end of August for them to decide they couldn't help us, and that was after WE chased them more than four times! Pathetic service.We've also heard that the install teams they use are poor.

Solar and batteries installationCommunication is key in any endeavour and although I've had most of my issues resolved by lmf i felt very let down on this taking days to reply and also prompting for replies.Again Communication / conversation based around system offered at the beginning and its limitations with having no knowledge in this technology at the beginning i hoped i was being looked after ive now ended up with no power in a power cut and limited continuous power of batteries ( lowest spec ) if i was offered a conversation on the limitations and reasons why to improve i would of gone for the better options but for them to come back and rewire it i was quoted upto £2000 so not viable for pay back time frame so stuck with the system.For a large company that use contractors for there installations can be hit and miss as i found out after querieing the work carried out 3 times for 3 different issues one leading to arguments with me and the contractors on how to repair / replace roof tiles (trying to cut corners for the sake of time). Ended up using different contractors to rectify and reinstall solar panels correctly with the Scaffolding fitted and removed 3 times all though after asking i received some small compensation. The electrical installer was first class.So ive ended up with a ok system for the price when the sun is shining but could of been a lot better if given the opportunity to improve ( i didn't know any better ) before install and took 4 months from install to being paid for export ( waiting for documentation ) and now locked into the system and 10 year warranty that iam not completely happy with.If i was to do it again and given the opportunitys i would have chosen differently DO YOUR RESEARCH on the system that better suits your needs based around choice of inverter and been wired up to have essential load available in a power cut and batteries continuous discharge amount don't see the point of putting the kettle on and still pull off grid. Don't just take what's offered and believe thay have got it right for you.

After care is a disgrace. We have tried to get in contact regarding our hot water and heating that has not worked at all since installed. We was told they would be back after the Christmas holiday to sort out the snags and the shocking pipe work under all the radiators. Wish we never opened the door that day.... Will update soon as we hear anything. So far nothing!!!

Her cousin’s little girl was born with Cerebral Palsy, and Stick ‘n’ Step has been a huge support. Also, one of her directors has a stepdaughter, also born with Cerebral Palsy and Stick n Step has been a huge part of her life.Lisa was really excited to work with us on this. She said what we do is nothing short of amazing and she was happy to have the opportunity to give a little back if she could.The installation team were efficient, clean and tidy throughout and the whole experience has been amazing from start to finish. Stick ‘n’ Step are delighted to have discovered Lisa and LMF Energy Services and would wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone. They truly have made a difference to everyone at Stick ‘n’ Step. We’re probably one of the few who are excited to receive our next electric bill to see just how much of a saving we are making. A huge thanks to the whole team at LMF Energy Services.

Disappointed that only 4 panels were fitted although we were allocated 6. This being due to an armchair" survey using Google earth which failed to take into consideration this Victorian property and its immediate surroundings.This being said

We had two installs from LMF in 2020. Quantum heaters and then Solar PV. Both teams were excellent, quick, tidy, clean and all work done to a high standard. Even the stuff hidden in the ceiling" is good.I highly recommend this company

Lack of communication, all subcontractors who don't care, management doesn't know what subcontractors are doing. I wouldn't trust them with an ice cream let alone a solar panel! May one day get then working but not hopeful. Avoid at all costs!

Brilliant. I have had boarders, electricians and plasterers doing work on my home for the past month and am extremely happy with the work carried out so far especially the plasterers John Paul and Sean. Very polite very helpful and funny. They turned up 8am every morning and just got on with their job. Excellent work, beyond my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone. LMF you are very lucky to have them.

We were both impressed with storage heaters and customer service throughout this experience. Would highly recommend the storage heater fitters who were polite , respectful in our home and very knowledgeable .
