Very friendly staff with good quality goods

Website said OPEN when I arrived the door was locked after knocking a women appeared holding a phone looked at me carried on talking obviously she couldn't multitask and say she would open up for the two large bags of clothes I had. Really rude attitude won't be taking anything there again

It's only a one star from me only because of how polite the staff were during my visit. I bought a children's puzzle as a present for my little one to find out that there were not only Four pieces missing, but also Four other pieces snapped and broken. This is very disappointing even for a charity shop, especially considering they made no obligation to inform me of these faults upon the purchase. I would take it back but it would cost me more in bus fares than the item itself, so in addition to this review I will also personally contact them to discuss this as soon as they are open.
