Harry Blythe - Wood Burning Stoves & Stone Masonry

Harry and Chris are both super professional and did an amazing installation of our new Heta wood burning stove.All furniture and carpets were carefully protected, and the quality of the flue installation was total class. Harry installed our stovax stockton wood burner for us on the 11th August and rendered the fireplace.... why did we choose Harry, well, he was the only person from 5 other companies we had quotes from that provided sound information on what was best to suit our needs.. well my needs as i get cold, he advised what we would expect from him and the quality of his work, and boy he was not wrong, his attention to detail was by far exceeded what we expected, he did a thorough survey including going up on the roof (fortunately we had scaffolding up) to inspect the chimney, measuring up and advising legal requirements on an install. Harry kept us informed throughout the whole process with a follow up email advising where we can get a good deal on delivery of wood, what was best to use on the hearth to bring out its beauty and if we needed any help just to contact him. You really cannot get a more skilled, informative qualified installer.Thank you Harry and your colleague Tony (forgive me if I got his name wrong) you have done an exceptional job. Sadly the weather has been too hot to light it to see it in its full glory, bring on winter.Nikki

Would give 10 stars if I could! Harry and Chris installed our log burner in just one day and it wasn’t the easiest install! Can’t recommend these guys enough! They were hard working, diligent, careful, polite and such a pleasure to have around. They are experts in their field, which made us feel more than confident in their quality of work - which is excellent!! Thank you so much Harry & co! Very very chuffed!

Harry inspected our existing installation and advised us on the types of wood burners that would best suit us and options for where to buy it from. Once we had identified a few wood burners he happily advised relative merits of each. Great advice.He subsequently installed our new wood burner with a new flue and cowling.Excellent job: clean and tidy and with minimum fuss. Harry and Chris were clearly experienced, competent and a pleasure to have working in the house.Thanks guys

I would fully recommend Harry and team for the installation of a multifuel they have just undertaken in our property. Harry was communicative and delivered exactly what he promised and the team were friendly and kept everything neat and tidy despite the large amount of rubble and dust that they clearly produced. Harry & his Teammate Chris fitted our wood burner. They were a pleasure to have working in my home as they were clean and tidy, and nothing was too much trouble. They completed the installation in the timescale promised even though the weather at times was and wet and windy. I could not recommend them enough.

Harry installed a Contura C856 log burner in our new build property. The job was completed entirely to our satisfaction and to a very high standard. The 5kw stove sits on a slate hearth with the flue going through the ceiling and a boxed area in the room above before passing out the roof. It has been set up with the combustion air ducted from the space under the suspended floor so the end result is a very clean looking installation and no loss of warm air from the room. Harry was exceptional at fitting in with the build as it progressed and tidy as he worked. We have no hesitation in recommending him.

Harry has done an excellent job installing my new fire place and stove. They are professional, quick and know exactly what they are doing. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have this sort of work done on their house.
