Service team were super helpful in providing a new Audi Key Tag. My wife had just purchased a car and it didn’t come with the vehicle.Luke was super patient and spent a lot of time making sure we understood all the features and benefits of the new car.Will definitely be popping in again! I went to Amersham Audi after seeing a lovely vehicle online. It was a little out the way from me however, the service I received made it worthwhile and I would travel again to this particular branch without hesitation. From the first call to collection, it could not have gone smoother.I dealt with Sat who was absolutely exceptional in the service he provided throughout the whole process. He was very professional and extremely welcoming in his approach. Prior to going to the showroom, Sat phoned me to introduce himself and gave me an explanation of the process going forward. He kept me in the loop during the whole process before securing the vehicle.Once I arrived to Amersham, Sat was very welcoming. He explained all the paperwork, features of the vehicle and gave me a test drive. He answered all my questions before, during and after collecting my vehicle seamlessly and was very patient. His swift replies and assurance was phenomenal. Sat personally contacted me numerous times after the sale to make sure everything was going smoothly which was so refreshing as you rarely get that level of after care these days. If only all representatives had this level of knowledge, professionalism and competence.Alongside Sat, I also met Chris who was equally as excellent in his service and made sure to personally contact a dealership near me to sort something out. He was extremely friendly and confident in his approach which as a customer, made me feel confident. Again, any questions I had were explained and I was assured that if I had any concerns they would be looked into and resolved. The communication between Sat and Chris when dealing with everything was fluid and everything was articulated very well.Overall, amazing service! I could not have asked to have dealt with better people in making my first time purchasing a car with Audi a pleasure. I feel content knowing that I can drop them an email at any point and I will get a response. Hats off to Sat and Chris at Amersham Audi, I cannot commend them enough. This review does no justice to how happy I am. They have really set the standard and are truly an asset to the company.

A absolute shambles in service/repair department. Year old Q7 went in for oil change, given back to me with a oil leak! Then no contact after the christmas period to be repaired so again im chasing them.. it took 2 months for me to get my car in for them to repair it, 3 days lost of work, 3 bottles of oil brought (£35 a litre). We brought the Q7 as we have 3 children under the age of 4 who all need seats with anchor points… they took The Q7 of us for a week and gave us a A3 with only 2 usable Anchor points, my wife who had just had a baby had to walk our 2 other children 2.5 miles to school each morning as we couldn’t fit them in the car safely! At this point i still have not complained or been rude to anyone but still did not send me the “customer satisfaction”email to fill out (wonder why??) Now 2 months later the car is again dripping out oil and i have warning lights up on dash board again saying oil is low!! 3 weeks iv been waiting for someone to call me back… no one wants to take responsibility. Been promised phone calls back from management every time iv called but all still nothing! Iv now given up and im taking to another Audi to finally have repaired… these guys are frauds, have no idea whats going on and tell lie’s !! Things go wrong with cars… i get that… but as a customer all i wanted was not to be lied to and a phone call back to get a car that costs over £70k to be repaired by a problem caused by your incompetencey! TRUST ME AND GO ELSEWHERE FOR SERVICING OR REPAIR WORK! The sales team where great, unfortunately the people in the little corner on entry let the team down! Today I went to test drive a car and took my mum. Dennis was the salesperson who looked after us. It was a great experience. The test drive was simple and he had excellent knowledge of the vehicle. I not sure currently whether I will purchase the car, but he made a difference to my thinking.

Excellent service. The whole team were very attentive and made me feel like a person, not just a customer. I chose to buy through Amersham Audi (20 miles away from where I live) rather my local dealership which is just 5 minutes from my house, because it was so much a better experience.

They took6 my car in at short notice for a service and were clear about extra costs without being pushy. Didn't enjoy the process of getting the appointment but on the day, huge credit to Joshua who booked me in and even remembered my name outside when I came to collect it. It doesn't hurt that my car was cleaned (except the boot) so it felt like new again.

Pleasant receptionist and fantastic cars to look at, however the sales staff attitude stinks in here, went to enquire about a car and the sales staff didn’t even have the courtesy to sit me down to discuss my questions but rather stood up to talk to me, in turn making me feel rushed so I didn’t even get my questions answered. I felt like I was unwelcome or perhaps they thought they wouldn’t make a sale based on my appearance, take that as you may.

My husband and I came to Audi Amersham to purchase a Q3, we have baby number 2 on the way and we thought it was a good step up from my previous car. Sat and Chris looked after us very well, and they offered us a great part exchange price on my A-class that I had. The car was serviced / MOT and had 4 new tyres put on and a couple of little body work repairs were also done, what more could you ask for when purchasing a 3.5 year old car, to top it off it’s come with a 24 month warranty which was also a nice surprise! Would definitely recommend and return when we need a new car!
