Jacaranda Catering and Events

We got married in August 2023, and Hannah and the whole Jacaranda team did such an incredible job at our reception at Highden Estate! They helped sort every detail of the catering, including the type of food, glass and table hire and linen, as well as coordinating the whole day. Hannah helped every part of our reception to run smoothly, including adapting some timings due to the rain! We had the perfect wedding day for us and are very grateful.

We hired Jacaranda for our wedding in September 2023. They were absolutely fantastic and made the whole day for us. Hannah, the lead catering manager was superb, always making sure we had everything we needed and making sure we tried all the beautiful food and drinks prepared. We went vegetarian for our wedding and all of our guests said how the food was one of the best they had had at any wedding - we had a fantastic spicy cauliflower starter, followed by a beautifully presented butternut squash strudel, followed by mini deserts. The food was exactly how it was in our tasting which was amazing as it was for 130 and was such a highlight of our day. All the staff were so friendly and made sure everyone has everything they needed, and the marquee and place settings we had chosen under their guidance were beautiful. One final word must be said about Hannah: she was the star of the show - going above and beyond for everything to make sure everything ran to time, everyone knew what was happening when and even though it wasn’t her job at times, she helped all our friends and family out when inevitably someone needed something. From the very beginning, they proved to be extraordinary in every aspect of their service.Our journey with them began with a private tasting session,where they kindly accommodated both our families and us. Chermain's regular emails and check-ins throughout the process reassured us that we were in capable hands. From the moment we met her, we had complete confidence that she would orchestrate a flawlessly smooth day for us.And indeed, on our wedding day, our trust was well-placed. Every intricate detail was meticulously taken care of. Chermain's proactive approach even extended to taking down our other suppliers' contact numbers just in case there were any delays, ensuring a seamless day! She created a special plate of canapés just for us and thoughtfully preserved a generous slice of our wedding cake and gave special care and attention to my Grandma.Not only was Chermain brilliant but the team was also excellent. Their punctuality, arriving on-site at 8:30am, set the tone for the rest of the day. They did everything they could to set up a beautiful space and worked tirelessly to get Pimms and drinks out to all our guests on a very hot day. The food was on time for every course and every plate looked absolutely beautiful. We received numerous compliments from our guests, with most saying it the best wedding food they had ever experienced.Choosing Jacaranda was undoubtedly one of the best decisions we made. Their unparalleled service stands as a testament to their commitment to excellence. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking top-tier service and exceptional wedding food. Where to start..Honestly there are no words to describe how incredible Jacaranda for our wedding. Hannah in particular was just amazing from start to finish, making sure our vision came to life, nothing was too much for her. Always made sure we had a drink in our hand and had time to ourselves with our own canapés. All our guests agreed it was the best meal they have ever eaten, and so well presented, simply out of this world. Service was smooth, evening food was amazing and Hannah even made sure we had some left overs wrapped up waiting for us in the fridge of our accommodation after. Thank you so much team, I haven’t got a bad word to say! I hope I’m able to experience a jacaranda wedding as a guest in the future now too!

We used Jacaranda Catering for our wedding last month and it was amazing! The food was incredible and we had a lot of comments from our guests to say it was Michelin star quality! The presentation of the food was spot on as well to match. Chermain was fantastic during the months running up to the big day, promptly answering all of the many questions I had and ensuring it was stress free planning. On the day we had Hannah looking after us and she was super professional, hands on and had a lovely positive energy. She ensured we were very well looked after and the day ran smoothly without any issues. Would highly recommend Jacaranda not only for the delicious food but also for the lovely team running it all. We had our wedding last year at Haylands Barn, a local venue to Jacaranda HQ.Hannah and the team were incredible and made the wedding absolutely seamless, the organisation was second to none from Hannah.Everyone we spoke to on the day and after said it was the best wedding food they had ever eaten and we completely agree. A massive thank you to Jacaranda for doing such a fantastic job at our wedding on 9th September 2023. Nigel, Jenni and the team ensured that the whole day ran seamlessly from start to finish. They really went above and beyond and took such a weight off our shoulders - nothing was too much trouble. We felt in very safe hands both on the day and in the lead up to the wedding. The food was incredible, the staff were so friendly and they were super organised and brilliant at communicating in the lead up to the wedding. They also recommended some other fantastic suppliers that we also used for the day.We have had such great feedback from family and friends with lots of people commenting that it was the best food they have had at a wedding.

Hannah and Phern were absolutely amazing! They helped guide and plan us through every detail and the end result was quite frankly stunning and exceeded our expectations. The whole team from Jacaranda were so lovely on the day of the wedding and the food was absolutely divine. We had so many comments from our guests at how great the food was!

We used Jacaranda for our wedding this summer. Just over a month later and our guests are still raving about the food & service. We really couldn't have wished for better from a caterer.From day one Hannah was an absolute joy to work with. She was incredibly patient with all my questions as we were having a marquee wedding and wanted to ensure we thought of everything so it would run smoothly on the day. She really is so lovely to have on any wedding planning team and is a beacon of professionalism.We really enjoyed the afternoon we spent with her refining our menu & our table top hire. She knew from the get-go what vibe we wanted for the wedding and her suggestions and recommendations were 10/10.On the day Minty was our event manager and she was an absolute diamond. She made it all look so easy! Our guests have commented that they've never had food like it at a wedding and that their glass was never empty. The staff were there with a refill before your empty glass had even touched the table!Our late food was divine (the menus to choose from are incredible which made that job very hard!) and the bar staff smashed it with the cocktails.If you're considering Jacaranda for a wedding or event don't hesitate for a second.
