Nicola Taaffe @ West Grove

I visited Nicola Taaffe last week for a routine check up after not seeing a dentist for a number of years. I was very nervous about the appointment but Nicola and her team were so welcoming and lovely. I attended again today for a hygienist appointment with Roxy and I cannot speak highly of her enough, she explained the process to me in detail before we started and continued to explain bits throughout the appointment and gave me some really good advice. I initially picked this practice as they had the best google reviews, and I can now see why. Overall everyone I encountered was extremely friendly, informative and professional. I can highly recommend this practice.

After not visiting the dentist for a very long time, due to a phobia. I finally decided that I needed to go. From the moment I arrived all the staff were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I have since nearly completed my pain free treatment and no longer worry about going for my next appointment. I cannot thank Nicola and her staff enough for being so understanding and patient. I would highly recommend this dentist.

I must be a nightmare of a patient, I'm so scared of having treatments. the whole team was so empathetic and nice. Took time to answer my questions and concerns. Didn't feel rushed out the door. A genuine person centred approach. Even when I was sedated they were reassuring me and telling me what was happening. I feel like every dentist should be trained like this. Even their receptionists and dental nurses are empathetic and kind. You can tell that they all love their jobs and Genuinely care about helping people.

I’m writing to express my sincere thanks to dr charlotte. I went to dr charlotte for a check up and a wisdom tooth extraction,for a heart operation i was having. I was apprehensive with going to the dentist,and pending heart surgery 2 weeks later. but dr charlotte was very friendly and highly professional,i would not use any other dentist in future. and would highly recommend dr charlotte.I would also say the same about the hygienist i seen milly,again friendly,professional. and caring.

At every opportunity I recommend this dental practice. Nicola and her team are outstanding. I have been a customer for well over twenty years and joined after having a bad experience with my last dentist. The well-being of their patients is very important and I really appreciate the time and care their take to ensure I can cope with whatever treatment I need.

NicolaTaaffe and all her team are amazing. They understand and accommodate people's anxiety with great care. They are highly professional and yet warm and friendly. Nicola and all of her staff are fantastic. The reception team are helpful, kind and cheerful, meaning nervous patients are instantly put at ease on entering the practice. Nicola completed my dental examination professionally and quickly, reassuring me and coming up with a clear plan for improving my dental health. Emily the hygienist did a fantastic job, easing the nerves and actually making the visit enjoyable. Roxy was brilliant with my fillings, letting me know what was happening at every step, and completing the procedure totally painlessly. I won't hesitate to come back, and highly recommend to any anxious patients.

Jamie is the best! He has always put my nerves at ease during our appointments and for someone who is incredibly anxious about the dentist I can say I almost feel relaxed during my time with him!My phobia is handled so well by Jamie and Nicola during checkups. I would recommend it to everyone but especially those who suffer with a dental phobia like myself.

Nicola is the best dentist I have ever visited. She is calm, friendly, positive and always puts me at my ease.Jamie provided me with excellent advice, was very gentle, patient and friendly. He did a great job on my teeth!The staff at West Grove are all so friendly and welcoming but also very efficient. This is a five star establishment -I would highly recommend.

Always welcoming and straight straight forward! I used to be an anxious dentist-visitor, but Nicola and Jamie especially helped me get back into a good routine. The new online booking system makes it easy to book your check up, hygiene and/or any further services you need and means you don`t have to call to go through your whole calendar to get an appointment.
