Booked online, really easy process - went in to get tidied up, and they did a cracking job, gave me advice on what products would be best to style it. Very friendly atmosphere, will be going back there when I need to.

A barber's is like a tattooist but probably not to the same extent, once you have found one you like and know they do a good job it is hard to go somewhere else. I love this place. They are very welcoming, deliver great service and more importantly give a great trim! I would struggle to go get it done anywhere else now. Reasonably priced for trims these days too. :)

Just been to the shop for my Sons haircut, similar to another reviewer young lad immediately asked if I booked online, which I hadn’t. He said no other appointments available till the end of the day. There was another lady for her Son who did not book as well but it wasn’t a problem. I looked online on my way back and found 4 appointments available on the website!! I think I will take my business elsewhere in future. Strange behaviour!!

On Saturday I attempted to use Bentley Barbers for one of my sons to have a haircut. On arrival the shop was empty and I was greeted at the door my a young chap to ask immediately if I'd booked! I confirmed I hadn't and that I would need to in order to get booked in, despite the shop being empty. I was left absolutely gobsmacked and will never attempt to use this shop ever having had such a strange first experience

My young son had a great haircut with Ben. He listened really carefully to what we wanted and took his time to get the cut exactly right- he’s a perfectionist! Ben had a lovely manner and put my son at ease. Thank you Ben! We’ll be back shortly!
