Cancelled the day before they were due to pick up. Totally rubbish - avoid.

I used their website to get a valuation, they then called and were very pushy to come see the bike, I wanted a quick sale so I was ok with that and they booked an appointment. I took the day off to make the between 9-6 appointment and nobody came, the forth time I called I got an answer and they said they had cancelled the appointment (news to me). They then asked for photos of the bike and still have not replied. Worse then nothing, don't sell to these people. Very disrespectful.

I should have checked reviews before getting a valuation. It was slightly higher than another site I used but way below market value. They text call and email constantly while I'm at work but never replied to my texts or emails asking for £150 more than they offered.My valuation ran out so I did another straight away and was offered £100 less than before. When I text asking them they ignored me again until I chased it up and was told they are firm at the new even lower price. They said it was hassle free but they've been ignoring multiple emails and texts all week when I had a first valuation.I tell them this and they respond by finding the lowest priced bike on auto trader with 50% more miles than my bike and sending me the link. I respond with 5 links showing the bike valued far more, even one bike that had 2x the miles going for more than what they sent me.I would accept the hassle" and just post your bike on auto trader ect yourself.I only have 2 stars as they offered more than the offer site."

The valuation is Shockingly low compared to market price. They will make at least a 50% mark up on what they offered me. Day light robbery.

Reasonable offer accepted. Chap turned up and warned me that he may not be able to keep to it before inspecting. Then proceeded to make up all sorts of non existent faults and queried main dealer MOT -advisory free three weeks before. Then rang base- knocked £500 off the offer and told me thata) I would have to pay £25 for immediate paynentB) I would have to pay £100 if I changed my mind and he had to come back!Can’t help feeling that they were taking a 71 year old for a ride. Apalling

Absolute con men, agreed a price on a Kawasaki ninja H2SX that is absolutely mint and when the agent arrived to collect they tried knocking off £300 saying it had no service history, when in fact as with many manufacturers the service history is stored electronically on a dongle which I included in the book pack. I even phoned Bournemouth Kawasaki on speaker phone for the agent to hear who confirmed it had full history. A far from easy transaction and stressful.Would I use again? Absolutely not, would I recommend? Not a chance.Worst part is they leave their poor collection agent to deal with the aftermath and pick up the pieces.Shambles!!

Sold my Ducati Multistrada to them. Got a decent price, better than part ex. Collected from my home, bike mechanic that came to check it over, talked me thru what and where etc. Even haggled on my behalf when the company tried to drop the price more than I expected, although I was pretty sure they would!!
